"The hotel is next to the town's Stuart Street, about a ten minute walk from the train station. The suite is large, the room is large, the air conditioner is also powerful, the room is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a washing machine and a dryer. The large dining table is really powerful and can be filled with things. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can check out the food at the Golden City Hotel at the intersection."
"The Holiday Park Hotel in the Big 4 Balarit gold mining area is located near the gold mining town tour area. The hotel garden is large and the facilities are relatively complete. The room was quite new and the bed was big and comfortable. It felt cold at night and the air conditioner was turned on."
"The lady of reception is really really nice.
She can remember my name even I just told once.
She can solve my problem all the way.
And she is always with her smile on work.
I have my great first time experience staying at motel.
Thank you so much."
"The room is huge, the kitchen equipment and tableware are complete, the washing machine and dryer are quite good, and there is a huge balcony. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. I slept very well and it was very clean. It is also convenient for eating and shopping. It is indeed a good choice 🤙"
"This is a very nice resort but for me one night stay, totally good enough. There are even four bunk beds available for use. Unfortunately I am just myself. Very clean, neat and well equipped. Good place to go. Just because I work in the city, a bit far from my office. Anyway, I don’t mink walking. Good exercise. Thanks for nice place. "
"Great location to sovereign hills mining area.
Warm pool is really a big surprise.
We enjoyed nice breakie here.
This is the second time I came here."
"It's two or three kilometers away from the city center. It's like a resort. There is a reception at the entrance. It takes three to five minutes to walk in. The cottage, the first-floor bungalows in the townhouse, and free parking next to it. It was enough for three people. It was not so crowded. The door was open outdoors. It was not the same as staying in a hotel. It was good. You could sit at the door and watch the stars. It felt quieter than the hotel and no neighbors disturbed. Close to Shufenshan Gold Mine Town. If you want to go out for dinner, you have to go outside the yard to find it. On the walk, you do n’t have to go out."
"Ballarat flashed from Melbourne, the hotel is one step away from the train station and conveniently located. The sound of the train can be heard, and the hotel has earplugs at the bedside. But the staff is seriously insufficient on public holidays, and the front desk +housekeeping seems to be one person. Booked a room rate with breakfast, checkin was told that there was no breakfast, contacted Trip.com customer service to solve it"
"All the staff here are really really nice! All staff inside the museum are so professionals! They seems like real residents living in the village. It was rainy day and as I travel alone, I pulled a big luggage without driving. The gift shop staff helped me to call the hotel staff assisting me to go to the hotel. It is a wonderful experience for me!"

Amazing
DDongbianyouheThe landlord from the northeast has been in Australia for many years and runs this yard after retirement. It is very clean and tidy. We were delayed on the road that day. It was almost 10 o'clock in the evening. The landlord leon had been waiting for us in the living room. When we saw our car entering the yard, we greeted us through the window. It felt like going home!
GGuest UserThe room setting is comfortable, the sockets are carefully designed, and there is a large enough kitchenette and dining space. Milk balls and coffee will be replenished every day during the stay. It is a pity that the bathroom faucet leaks and cannot be closed tightly.
GGuest UserClean comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Sebastopal club is across the road, and Coles 200 metres down the road. Sovereign Hill and Ballarat main street are a 10 minute drive away.
AAnonymous UserThanks for a great experience during our stay. We had a spacious family room including a queen bed, a single bed and double bunk. The kitchenette had equipment beyond the norm. There was plenty of natural light from full length windows near the balcony. We easily walked to cafes and supermarket.
CChristopher EdwardsThis is a lovely hotel in the center of Ballarat. It's not hard to find restaurants and bars in the local area.
HOWEVER, be aware of the nightclub downstairs. It runs until 3 in the morning and can be heard in rooms above. Some sound insulation, either for the nightclub or the rooms, would be fantastic.
XXingqisandemaoThis is a good value for money motel, located next to Ballarat train station, very close. The family travel booked a family suite, which is equivalent to one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with three beds in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The room is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and oven, etc. If you don't have too high requirements for hygiene conditions, it is acceptable. The front desk can speak Chinese and the service attitude is very good. Parking is available downstairs, which is very convenient.
JjennifererererThe hotel is located in the center of Ballarat. It was founded in 1853 and still retains the 19th century decoration style. As a historic hotel, the overall environment of the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are well maintained.
The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will introduce the various facilities of the hotel in detail when checking in.
Parking is available at the door of the hotel, and you need to pay for more than one hour during the day. The hotel also has an old-fashioned elevator that makes people feel like traveling through history.
GGuest Userhad a great experience staying at this motel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay for its cheap price. After checking out, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk so we could explore the area without carrying everything around. That small gesture made a big difference in our day. It's rare to find that kind of thoughtfulness and flexibility. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable comfort with genuinely helpful service!
GGuest UserGreat country style hotel. Rooms are large, with a full refrigerator and microwave. Great location within the city of Ballarat. Easy check in and check out especially when prepaid.
TThomassonThis motel complex also has an adjoining Chinese restaurant, and it's of a very good quality, better than a few of the other Chinese restaurants in Ballarat that I've tried.
The rooms are nice and clean and the check-in is very convenient.
Location is right in the center of Ballarat, so close to basically everything.
Staff are enormously helpful.
