Central location next to Mohegan Manor, two blocks from Lock 24 and Papermill Island events. Short drive to Timber Banks, NYS Fairgrounds, Amphitheater and City of Syracuse. Reserved parking. Easy walking distance if you are boating and mooring at an overnight village boat slip. Spacious and comfortable one bedroom flat with queen bed, separate living room, and eat-in kitchenette. Dedicated workspace with reliable internet service. Linens and towels are included. The eat-in kitchenette is fully stocked, including essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, paper products, cooking oil), microwave, tabletop air fryer/ mini oven. There is NO cooktop or elevator. Full bathroom with shower and tub, hair dryer, iron and board. Fully refurnished and updated in 2024 with new living room and bedroom furniture, mattress, and linens. "Facilities: All basic amenities are available.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Decor is slightly dated.
Service: Relatively detailed guidance and tips.
Overall, the proximity to Highway 90 is a major plus, and the breakfast is also decent (with everything you need). The downside is that the area appears to be surrounded by factories, so avoid going out at night."

"Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill."
