Rove Al Marjan Island is located in one of the UAE’s top tourist spots, offering beach clubs, dining, a walkable waterfront, and sandy beaches. It provides easy access to three airports: RAK International, Sharjah, and Dubai International. Relax on the beach, stroll the waterfront, and enjoy the Rove vibe with local cultural design, fuss-free service, and sustainable amenities.
Affordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Checking in before Christmas, there were a lot of guests in the hotel, most of them families with children. Breakfast is full, so go early or you'll have to wait in a long line. The various activities in the hotel are basically focused on children, and there are basically no programs arranged for adults.
what a disappointment for Hilton chain - coming for 2nd time with high expectation. But it was poor from the start at reception , room, service and breakfast. Poor services, even told at reception that the room was not clean and missed basics like towel, etc. Worst is if you inform the management and nothing happens. Thanks
The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.
1. Leaving the room to the sea at 8 am, I turn on the ”clean up” button. At 6 pm (sunset) on the beach they whistle for everyone to get out of the sea and leave the beach. I come to the room at 6:05 pm - they are just entering to clean the room. You stand wet in the corridor under the air conditioners and wait for them to clean up. It is not clear for whom the green ”clean up” light was on for 10 hours. The most useless thing in this hotel is the ”clean up” button. Lack of organization of the cleaning process (time).
2. The fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night.
3. Very bad towels both in the room and on the beach: old, poorly washed, with some kind of discharge, stains, grayish.
4. Three times in 2 weeks they gave 20 grams of soap (the size of a coin) to the room.
5. They give two bottles of water per day, 500 grams each. To the room.
In 40 ° heat. Usually in the Emirates they put four everywhere. You can ask and they will give it to you, but you have to look for it.
6. The socket for charging the phone at the table is far from the bed.
7. Very bad Wi-Fi. It only works well in the morning until 7 am while everyone is sleeping. Then the whole day until late evening there is almost no signal. But there are two computers in the lobby if you need to check in for a flight.
8. The beach at the hotel.
9. About 90 percent are vacationing: Russians, Kazakhs and Belarusians.
10. The sea is beautiful. We were there in mid-October, the sea was + 29. Very many with small children.
11. Shampoo, air conditioning and gel are topped up, but only if you ask. The quality is good.
12. Nice bed linen.
13. You have to ask for slippers. There was no robe or hair dryer.
14. Strong audibility between rooms.
15. There is always water on the floor in the shower after the shower due to improper design.
16. The air conditioner often turned off by itself for a while, then turned on by itself 🤷♂️.
I had a good stay . The hotel is clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The outdoor pool was great, especially with it being right on the beach—perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was a bit small, though. Breakfast was decent, but I wish they had more vegetarian options. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be by the beach.

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach.
We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining.
However, the service was quite poor due to the following:
1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed.
2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long.
3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered.
4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones.
5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time.
6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

I have been coming to this hotel since 2017, the last time was in 2022. During this time, Hilton became the owner, and everything changed for the worse. Previously, it was Luxury, luxury, no strangers, top-notch service, now it is torn sun loungers, worn towels, plus construction on both sides, and sometimes you can’t go into the sea, it’s dirty. In general, I am of course discouraged. The staff is of course good, they try their best, otherwise .... Only a memory remains from the former Waldorf, I was there last time, and it’s a pity ....
Excellent
