Their service is wonderful. We left a charger in our room and they quickly locate it and return it. I understand that they use a plastic bag to hold all customer property left in their room and labelled it with dates and room no. This shows how they care about their customers and address to things systemically with every single details. This is one of the many times I forgot things in hotel and public transport and can get things back every time. Speechless!

The food was very delicious. The morning buffet was smooth and not too crowded. I wanted to use the sauna before leaving, but unfortunately the sauna only opens at 11am.

The shuttle bus from the nearest station was frequent and convenient. The large public bath was clean and there was a wide variety of beauty serums and other items at the sink.

Room: Renovated, with new and clean facilities! Two washrooms, perfect for large groups! Dinner: Seafood in a generous portion, mountain produce, and even a dessert buffet - we were very satisfied! Bath: Men and women alternate between the large communal bath and indoor bath! The hot spring is spacious, and there is a reclining space so you can relax! Breakfast: We had both a Japanese and Western buffet 😊 There is also a karaoke room and an activity space! This time we got a larger room, and it was a very satisfying family trip! Recommended for hospices too ♡

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and sumptuous, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with friends. I stayed here with the intention of relaxing in my room, and it was exactly what I expected, and the price was reasonable, so it was a great memory.

Since I ordered a large room, the room is very spacious and has complete facilities. The bath is also large and comfortable. Breakfast is mainly buffet style, and dinner is kaiseki cuisine and dessert buffet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, but it was a large hotel, so I was a little disappointed that I had to eat with a group of people at the restaurant several times, and it was noisy and uncomfortable.

いずみの湯がとても良かったです。さらに翌日に宿泊者は無料でいずみの湯を利用でき、タオルまで貸して頂けました。とても良心的なホテルのためまた利用したいです。

Both the hot springs and the food were better than I expected. The open-air bath shared with day-trippers was spacious enough to use if the timing was off, and the morning bath was reserved for private use. Hot water is also good. The kaiseki dinner at night was of a high standard and delicious. Since I made a reservation through the company's website, I received a free ticket of 1000 yen per person. I would like to visit again.

There are few facilities in Yugawara where you can stay alone, but this one has a single room. There were other solo travelers at the restaurant as well. You can enjoy a variety of things, including hot springs fed directly from the source and a large rock bath. I was very satisfied with both the number of items and the taste of both dinner and breakfast. Local alcohol is also available. Breakfast was a buffet and included seafood bowls and egg chazuke. The local fresh milk is delicious. The decorations and tableware inside the facility were also good. The facility is new, so the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
