"1.Parking abit inconvenient,paid 1000 per day but every time must engage hotel staff to arrange the car in and out and also only available 8am-10pm range  2.water only 1 small bottles per day , we didn’t know and take one more that day, the male staff snatch back from us (unbelievable !), we don’t mind to buy from across Family mart, 1 big bottles only 120yen, why hotel so calculating, just put the sign so the guests will know  3.so call breakfast included is only a cup of coffee and 1 bread"

"Hotel Resorpia Atami was an unplanned booking on my trip. I got stranded at Atami Station due to Typhoon No. 11, so I ended up booking this hotel. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations: 1) The hotel is located by the sea and is a 10-15 minute walk from Atami Station. 2) All rooms face the ocean and there are Japanese-style tatami rooms, which felt very authentic. 3) The hotel has a large public bath (onsen) where you can enjoy a relaxing soak while watching the sunset or sunrise – it was incredibly romantic! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"We managed to book the family suite we had our hearts set on, and the ocean views from the two large windows were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel boasts a charming retro Showa-era ambiance; despite renovations, its historical character shines through everywhere. We only had a chance to visit one of the public baths, and the outdoor bath there offered a truly spectacular view. We also booked a private onsen, where you could enjoy soaking while indulging in ice cream. We had the second dinner seating, so some dishes were already finished. I highly recommend making your own kaisen-don (seafood rice bowl) with ingredients like tuna, trout, and sweet shrimp, and then pouring dashi broth over it to turn it into chazuke. After dinner, you can explore the game corner and KTV, but do note that playing games and karaoke are not free. The hotel itself is quite expansive, so I recommend taking some time to explore all its corners. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment!"

"The location is near to the beach . There a bus stop in front of the hotel which go to Atami Station . Good breakfast spread, helpful and friendly staffs. Will stay again if we come back Atami again."

"Our stay in Ito was unpleasant, so we booked this hotel at the last minute, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The complimentary spa was fantastic; soaking in the hot spring while looking out at the ocean was incredibly refreshing. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, and the room was very comfortable. I've already added it to my must-stay list for my next trip to Japan."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Oonoya. One of the perks was the free shuttle bus from Atami Station to the hotel. However, the map provided on the website seems outdated, which caused some initial confusion. Thankfully, the station staff was very helpful and directed us to the correct bus bay. A highlight of our trip was catching the Atami fireworks from the hotel’s rooftop — the view was absolutely perfect and made for a memorable evening. The indoor hot spring was also a standout feature: it’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing after a long day of travel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just be sure to double-check shuttle bus details upon arrival!"

"It is an old hot spring hotel that has been in business for at least 40 years. It has a good location. The Atami Ginza Shopping Town is right at the door. It is about 15 minutes' walk from Kinomiya Station and Atami Station. The hotel itself is divided into the main building and the annex, which are connected by a passage. Check-in: Check in at the front desk of the main building. The introduction is very careful. A detailed hotel map and check-out, a list of precautions such as hot springs, etc. will be provided, as well as meal coupons and the time to enter the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Environment and sanitation: The hotel lobby, restaurant, hot spring and bathroom are all large, and the overall style is very retro Showa, but very shabby. My room doesn't even have a headboard, and the bathroom is yellow; although it is shabby, it is very clean, and there is no dust on the bathroom and windowsill. Facilities: Hot springs - 2 open-air hot springs and a large indoor hot spring on the second floor underground. No reservation is required. Each hot spring is very large and the environment is beautiful. Yukata can be selected by yourself at the entrance of the passage from the main building to the annex. Entertainment: There is a large game room, no reservation is required. There are also mahjong rooms and table tennis rooms, which require reservations. Transportation: The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Atami Station, and the timetable is available at the hotel entrance."

"The room condition, size, food, and hot springs were all good value for money, and it was a decent hotel. However, the reason I gave it one star was because: 1. When I used Google Maps to find the hotel via rental car, it only led me to the back of the building, which was on a hillside road. Even the lobby counter knew this. I wish the hotel would take corrective action with Google. 2. The travel platform didn't provide any additional information beyond the ”free dedicated parking” description. The actual parking lot was about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, and there was no space in front of the hotel to park, check in, or unload. I rented a car, but I was frustrated because I couldn't find the parking lot entrance."
