I had an amazing stay at Unitas Hotel Prague! The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from the front desk reception girl. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Her helpfulness in providing recommendations and answering my questions truly enhanced my experience. The hotel itself is spotless, cozy, and in a great location. Highly recommend staying here for the outstanding hospitality and comfort!

It's close to the station, but it was a little difficult to pull the carrier on the tiled road! The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff kindly showed me how long it would take to get there using a city map, and said they were there 24 hours a day so if I had any questions, I should ask. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioner was a Toshiba. I also found the unusually tall taps interesting. I thought the shower was a little weak, but it was enough for someone who lives in London! The inside of the hotel is white and stylish, and there is an elevator! The Wi-Fi was good, and it was within walking distance of the city center and tourist spots, so it was great! The security was not bad, and there was a Tesco nearby that was open late, so it was great!

Everything was great, they responded quickly to all our questions. A safe location. 10-15 minutes walking distance to all tourist areas.

Convenient location, in the center of Prague. The room is clean, warm and cozy. One minus, no Russian-language TV programs.

Breakfast is unique, wonderful. Staff is attentive. Location is central.

The price is reasonable and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel environment is far better than what the photos show, and much better than I expected! Spent two wonderful nights here and slept very well. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped us move the big box and also gave us afternoon tea. I will choose here again when I go to Prague!

I stayed 3 nights at the Unitas Hotel and 1 night at the Residence, and both were very nice. The hotel had better facilities and was more spacious, but the residence was good enough. It was so good that I can definitely say that there was no better accommodation than this while traveling in Europe for about a month. In particular, the reception staff were very friendly. I was in a difficult situation because my luggage was lost at Prague Airport, and the reception staff directly called Prague Airport and tried to solve the problem. In the end, the problem wasn't resolved, but I was so touched by their proactive efforts to help that I am leaving this review. If you go to Prague, be sure to stay at the Unitas Hotel or Residence!!
