Lovely hotel though very confusing to find the rooms as there are 3 different buildings and signage not too clear. Breakfast options very limited but what we had was nice . I think more than one little coffee should be permitted without an additional charge. Room was lovely but many rooms don’t have a view on to anything which is a shame . We chose to have a balcony as we wished some outdoor space but don’t expect to look at anything as there are high screens disguising lack of view. Sorrento is a lovely little village with nice shops but 2-3 days is probably long enough . The hotel restaurant was also lovely with nice food and drinks. Pool is the best part , nice area to while away an afternoon . Nicest part of the Mornington Peninsula in my opinion .

I ended up staying for an unplanned night, and despite my error in booking dates, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful in resolving the issue. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but it was still delicious and satisfying. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. One thing to note: all liquor shops close before 9 PM, and the hotel doesn't offer alcohol service after that time, so it's best to purchase you might want in advance.

Very nice atmosphere that really make you feel like you are on a holiday. Bump into a wedding ceremony when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However there are no free parking even staying with the hotel. I like the view from the window.

I booked a deluxe room with balcony but the one I got was facing the parking lot. It's not as good as the 1800 room. I feel like Ctrip always booked a corner room.

This stay was very pleasant. The hotel is stylishly decorated, the room has a wide view and a charming night view. The staff is friendly, responsive and provides many practical local travel suggestions. The hygiene is impeccable and the details are well handled. The gym and swimming pool facilities are first-class, which adds a lot of fun to the trip. It is cost-effective and I will choose here next time!

The hotel is located in Sorrento, a small town known as Little Italy at the top of the Mornington Peninsula. The beaches along the way are very beautiful. The local front desk was very welcoming on the first night and upgraded me to a suite for free. I could see the sea from the window. The view from the window was amazing. The room was equipped with gin, tonic water and tools for making cocktails, a bathtub and a capsule coffee machine. I decided to extend my stay, but the receptionist changed the next day and asked us to move to a smaller room. The toilet door of the first room was stuck, and the phone of the second room was broken, and there was urine stain on the toilet. After a lot of complaints, I was lucky to meet a Chinese duty manager. He upgraded us to another room and sent us red wine as an apology.

The location is good. Although the room is small, it actually has everything. The mini bar is also free. It is very close to the beach. There is a town downstairs with all kinds of food, which is very convenient.

The hotel is in a very good location, located in Serrento, near many restaurants and shops, and close to the beach. The room is very clean, the service staff is also very friendly, and although the breakfast has few choices, it is very healthy and exquisite

Unfortunately, the hotel is not by the sea and from our room we had a view of another residential building and a parking lot. The curtains do not darken the room and the room was not cleaned while we were there. The shower/toilet was not cleaned and the room was not vacuumed. Our patio door was also left open after cleaning. Only the beds were made. There are no Q-tips and the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work either. In-room dining ends at 9:00 p.m. and the surrounding restaurants also no longer serve food after 8:30 p.m. The breakfast is similar to brunch and there are 8 selected dishes that you can order. No breakfast buffet. The service from the breakfast staff is very friendly, as is the service at reception. The gym is OK, a bit dated and small for the size of the hotel. We didn't look at the pool. Too expensive and inadequate for a 5-star hotel and price category. We have stayed in much better hotels.
