"The house is clean and good. From the details provided, there are air conditioner room. However, when we depart, the child play room is without air conditioner. This was a shock to us and we have to arrange 2 person to sleep in the living room. Perhaps the details of the house provided can mentioned this clearly, to avoid misunderstanding and make some earlier arrangements."

"The room & the toilet is spacious. Service crew is friendly & the air conditioner very cold.
But there is some drawbacks which is
1. Pillow is yellowish and smell bad (those hair oil smell), refer picture 3 (I but not so obvious in picture)
2. kettle is dirty & got burning mark (refer picture 5)
3. TV only local channel.
Overall, with this price, is acceptable."

The hotel is centrally located in Taiping city, making it very convenient. There are plenty of eateries just in front of the hotel, and both Lotus and Taiping Mall are nearby. "Just a simple, good and calm place. Easily access to self laundry for 24h. A mart was just beside the hotel and serve for 24h as well. So, do not worry if you need something urgent, the facility just close to your hotel. The staffs are super great. Seriously, we have been treated well and all the staffs are super helpful. I could give 10 stars for it. Just need to improvise the cleanliness. I love it!"

"The place was nice, just that on check out day it was quite noisy outside as there's a shooting 🤣 but other than that, all good. Need to pay for parking ya if going on weekdays, can install the Park@Perak app to pay."
