Check-in process was swift. Hassle free. Front desk staff on duty in the evening is very polite and is always smiling. Housekeeping : There is a big room for improvement. Floor wasn't cleaned. Felt as though it wasn't swept. I would prefer a cleaner floor as weather is cold and we were wearing socks and hair was stucked to my socks. Toilet paper wasnt refilled. Tea set wasnt washed. Amenities : Washer and clothes dryer need regular maintenance. There were many black stain on my white clothes after washing and drying. The shelf in the toilet loosen while my son was using the toilet and the towels fell on him..🤣 The Coffee machine at the lobby is god given especially when we need a coffee perk. Cant get coffee around this around. Good to display operating instructions beside the machine. Location: Very convenient. There is a supermarket down the street and food street nearby.

I took my family here to relax during the Qingming Festival. Unfortunately, it was a thunderstorm, so I didn't use the swimming pool. It was a pity... One room with Fuyun Hot Spring Pool and two rooms: one large bed and one twin bed. One swimming pool and two outdoor hot spring pools. One room with Yunmen Hot Spring: one large bed, the hot spring pool is indoors. Later, I felt that the indoor pool was more convenient! The service was good. Before leaving, I created an exclusive service group, and general questions could be responded to and arranged in the group. Each room has fruits and souvenirs, and there are some small activities in the hotel to participate in. We experienced the ”Twelve Styles of Tea”. I have to praise the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. I thought it would be very expensive, but it is actually very cost-effective! 6 adults had two lunches and one dinner, and the total cost was not more than 2,000 yuan. I wonder if we can't eat too much, and we packed some leftovers for each meal. The environment is beautiful, suitable for all kinds of daze, chat and gathering... Overall, I think it's worth the money!
