"This anniversary was so unforgettable! I told the hotel in advance that this was a special day, but I didn't expect them to make it as ceremonial as possible! As soon as I entered the room, there was an exquisite swan-shaped towel on the bed, a greeting card with blessings written on it, and iced red wine. The atmosphere was so ambience! The whole layout was full of details, and you can see that a lot of thought was put into it. The staff was also very considerate, and they always smiled from the moment I checked in, providing us with all kinds of help. This experience far exceeded my expectations, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice in the future, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!"

The setting is pleasant, its location makes getting around easy, the amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is very generous. I've recommended it to friends and colleagues traveling, and they all enjoyed their stay. You really wouldn't expect such a high-quality hotel in a county town! The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and they are very efficient in their service delivery. Plus, we were even upgraded to a smart room! It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!!!

Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting.

GGuest UserA day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. It was actually mailed back to my home by SF Express for free. Full of sincerity, Magnolia Hotel. [Love]

The hot spring water is crystal clear, and after a soak, you feel completely refreshed. The rooms are clean and bright, with a well-thought-out layout, making for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant offers authentic and varied dishes. The service is definitely a bonus point; the duty manager was responsible and attentive throughout, responding quickly and treating guests with kindness, always prioritizing their needs. The service was professional yet warm. Overall, everything was excellent, truly deserving of a five-star rating, and well worth experiencing!

The design of the tea room is very unique and full of cultural atmosphere. The cultural and creative decoration such as ”the story of a leaf” hangs on the wall, which makes people feel a sense of tranquility and elegance in an instant. The environment of the tea room is very comfortable! A good place for leisure travel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nestled on the Anxi Tieguanyin tea mountain, surrounded by the delicate aroma of tea. This season, we were also treated to the sight of delicate pink cherry blossoms. We took part in a tea-picking experience, and our guide gave us a fascinating insight into the Tieguanyin tea production process. Dinner was served right there on the mountain. The butler sent the menu in advance, allowing us to pre-order dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed brewing tea by the fireplace under the moonlight – it was wonderfully relaxing. I hope they can develop more interactive experiences for guests, to allow for deeper immersion and truly appreciate the beauty of tea culture.
