GGuest UserThe service at Boman Hotel is consistently excellent. The setting is pleasant, its location makes getting around easy, the amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is very generous. I've recommended it to friends and colleagues traveling, and they all enjoyed their stay. You really wouldn't expect such a high-quality hotel in a county town! The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and they are very efficient in their service delivery. Plus, we were even upgraded to a smart room! It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!!!

GGuest UserI've been staying here since last year when I came back to the county town because I thought the environment was relatively new and looked clean. Last night, I actually found tissues in the quilt. At first, I was confused and thought I had dropped a tissue on the ground, so I picked it up and threw it in the trash can. Later, when I lay on the bed, there were tissues under my feet. I got up and found that there were still tissues in the quilt. I notified the front desk and they changed my room at around 2:00 in the middle of the night. It was really disgusting.

TTuonihuijiaCame to Anxi and booked a night at Magnolia. The hotel staff provided smiling service throughout the whole process. It was very considerate. Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. It was actually mailed back to my home by SF Express for free. Full of sincerity, Magnolia Hotel. [Love]

GGuest UserI didn't expect that there is such a cost-effective hotel in Longmen. The hotel is very new and seems to have been newly opened. The overall environment is good. The main room is clean and tidy. I actually slept well! Also, the lady at the front desk who received us had a great attitude! The only thing I felt was lacking was that the breakfast could be better.

The design of the tea room is very unique and full of cultural atmosphere. The cultural and creative decoration such as ”the story of a leaf” hangs on the wall, which makes people feel a sense of tranquility and elegance in an instant. The environment of the tea room is very comfortable! A good place for leisure travel!

Check-in is very fast, the hygiene is very clean, the details are in place, and the laundry is very convenient. There is a dryer.
