It was nice to stay for two nights. It's very comfortable every time I come here. The key is that the service is in place. Seeing that I was drinking tea, they gave me a lot of water. I will stay here again next time. It's economical and affordable. Hahaha

A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! This hotel is very cost-effective, the service is also very good, the health is clean and tidy, there is a parking lot free of charge, the surrounding environment is very convenient to eat, warm, there is free tea hospitality, a good place for business trips

Came to Anxi and booked a night at Magnolia. The hotel staff provided smiling service throughout the whole process. It was very considerate. Because I booked a car at 7 o'clock in the morning, I had urgent work and needed to leave at 6:30. The hotel breakfast started at 7 o'clock. I went to the restaurant at 6:20 with a try mentality. At that time, the meal was not ready. The aunt helped us to cook noodles on the spot, coffee and milk enthusiastically. It was so touching! This is too humane. 2 When I came back at night, my girlfriend's clothes were stained with coffee. The front desk sister saw it and immediately told us that there was a laundry area on the fourth floor. We could go to wash it. If it was not convenient, we could also contact the outside washing arrangement immediately. We could wear it after one night! Nice. I like the thoughtfulness of the front desk lady and the meticulous service of the hotel! 3 On the day of check-in, we booked a 1.5-bed room. The front desk lady saw that we were two people staying in, and she was afraid that we would not sleep well, so she upgraded us to a 1.8-bed Jingya bed for free. My God, this is really the first time I have stayed in a hotel so many times. It was so touching! 4 After checking out, I forgot to bring the charger. I called the hotel and added WeChat. The hotel is nestled on the Anxi Tieguanyin tea mountain, surrounded by the delicate aroma of tea. This season, we were also treated to the sight of delicate pink cherry blossoms. We took part in a tea-picking experience, and our guide gave us a fascinating insight into the Tieguanyin tea production process. Dinner was served right there on the mountain. The butler sent the menu in advance, allowing us to pre-order dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed brewing tea by the fireplace under the moonlight – it was wonderfully relaxing. I hope they can develop more interactive experiences for guests, to allow for deeper immersion and truly appreciate the beauty of tea culture.

The room's office area is thoughtfully designed with a spacious desk and appropriate lighting. Cleanliness is top-notch; the linens are fresh with no odors, and the bathroom is spotless with no water stains, making for a truly comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is nutritionally balanced. The front desk staff are professional and efficient, quickly providing services like printing and travel advice. I'll definitely be back.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was still an old three-star hotel. On the mountainside, the view is wide, the environment is comfortable and the parking is very convenient. It’s just a meal and walk down the road.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice with all the ammenities you'll need. Our friends stayed in the room with big screen and lazy boy coach. It was a perfect place to watch sports. The hotel has a rooftop tea garden area (pictured in photos) that was great for gathering with friends I forgot to take photos of the room, but it's standard and very nice

The room is quite nice although it has no windows but it has an air purifier. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. There is a whole street full of delicious food. The sound insulation is also very good, asdfghh
