"Clean and comfortable hotel. My room was located high up with a view towards the castle.
Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade.
The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times.
The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"The rooms are very spacious and decorated in an elegant yet modern style. The beds are extremely comfortable and you can have a peaceful sleep every night. The sea view from the balcony is even more refreshing. Waking up every morning and seeing the boundless ocean is one of the parts I enjoy most.
The service at the hotel was impeccable, all staff from the front desk to room service were very friendly and helpful. The few times I needed extra towels and toiletries, they were delivered to the room quickly and with impressive efficiency."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve used this hotel, it’s ideal from the train station- literally across the road.
Especially when coming off a lengthy train ride with a child so we could catch an early morning flight from Alicante Airport.
Clean check in area and very friendly staff , helpful regarding public transport and there are free tea & coffee making facilities in the lobby in the evening .
The rooms are adequate with aircon if needed in the summer.
Clean bathroom and toilet with plenty of towels and toiletries , this is not a holiday hotel but for 1 night stays especially for the airport as the bus stop is just over the road.
As a woman travelling on her own and another occasion with s young child I have felt perfectly safe."

"Prime location as it is so close to the airport bus station and old town. Very bright and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed us was the smell of the toilet as we could smell the bad smells from pipes from time to time, otherwise it was great probably the best European hotel i have been to ever."

GGuest UserFab hotel. A bit out of town but not a problem. Paid a lot less for the room than some hotels which I found much worse. Gorgeous pool and little spa. Nice rooms, comfy beds and really reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Couldn’t fault it.

In addition, the bed was too soft and not easy to sleep on! But the room is big

GGuest UserLocation is super good, and the supermarket is just around the corner. I also love that the checkout time can be 12 pm~ the room is very spacious, even has 4 beds, especially good for big families. There is cooking utensils and induction cooker! The place is very clean but don’t know why there is some smell in the bathroom. I didn’t see the exhaust fan even though there is the sound. I didn’t like the smell in the bathroom even though we kept the bathroom door and main door open for quite a while the smell still stayed

DDejan SkaljacThe location is great - easy to get to the airport , to the centre and the port. Whichever way you are getting into Alicante it would be convenient. The check-in is easy and smooth, late checkout is good value at €10. The things I would improve is allowing single item purchases at breakfast time ( as it is they only let you have the breakfast buffet for €10 or nothing, but you can't have a croissant or a muffin on its own with your coffee. 🥴 . Also , on the facilities front I do miss a power outlet in the bathroom - it's a commonplace thing in continental Europe but never to be seen in U.K. and Ireland. For some strange reason it's missing here.

GGuest UserI liked everything. Close to the airport (12 minutes by bus C6 directly from the airport), no noise from planes, quiet room, 24-hour reception, everything you need. Thanks to the hotel that in response to my optional, of course, request to provide a room with a sea view - the hotel provided exactly that room. As a result, a spacious room, a large comfortable bed, clean linen and a beautiful view of the morning sea right outside the window - just wonderful. It is also easy and quick to get to the city center on the same bus (the stop is opposite the hotel).

JJon AV Contractors UKVery nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice.
Hotel is near the beach
We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices.

DDejan SkaljacThe hotel itself is a bit dated and most of the decor reminds me of a decade before this century . I'm just not sure if the decade is the 70s or the 80s. The power outlets in the room were few and far between - again harking back to a time when humans didn't have a few devices to charge all the time. The sound proofing could be much better. That said , the location couldn't be any better. You're on a quiet side street but a minute long stroll gets you to bustling Plaza Luceros, where you can catch rhe metro to anywhere or your airport bus. The service was amazing too. I needed late checkout and they had a very convenient 5pm late checkout for only €20. Can't remember anything that affordably priced for staying that late. What Leuka lacks in mod cons and decor, it more than makes up for in service, location and competitive pricing.

AAnonymous UserFor a budget hotel, this place has everything you'd want in holiday accommodation: bed, desk, working outlets, bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Sadly half the channels didn't work on the TV. There was also a cafe in the main Ibis hotel that provided breakfast but I never tried it.
Location wise, it's opposite a quiet beach area, but if you want to go out and don't have a car, your only option is the C6 bus or taxi.
Overall though, I highly recommend it if you just want somewhere to rest.
