This hotel feels that although the location is not in the city center, it is really good in all aspects.
Facilities: 1 adult pool on the first floor, 1 rooftop pool on the roof
Hygienic: The room is very clean, the hotel is very clean and new, it is quite comfortable to walk in.
Environment: 10 minutes walk to the beach Although it is not the city center, there is a bus at the door that can go to the city center for more than 20 minutes. In fact, it is very convenient. The ticket 1.45 Europe
Service: The front desk is very warm because it is not the peak season. The room has been upgraded. The high-rise on the 9th floor is also very comfortable. There is also a terrace.
This stay was good, breakfast was ok, there were not many choices, and it was OK to eat. It should be the off-season and there are few people on the beach. Not a big group of people! This hotel is recommended!

The rooms are very spacious and decorated in an elegant yet modern style. The beds are extremely comfortable and you can have a peaceful sleep every night. The sea view from the balcony is even more refreshing. Waking up every morning and seeing the boundless ocean is one of the parts I enjoy most.
The service at the hotel was impeccable, all staff from the front desk to room service were very friendly and helpful. The few times I needed extra towels and toiletries, they were delivered to the room quickly and with impressive efficiency.

Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice.
Hotel is near the beach
We are at reception if they had complimentary water and they pointed me to a vending machine. This was 11 o’clock at night next door and purchase water, vending machine prices.

Unfortunately no flexibility with breakfast. It starts at 7 a.m. and we had to go to the airport at 6:50 a.m. We were only allowed to get a coffee and not eat anything, even though breakfast was already prepared there. What a pity!

KkalamcandyBad experience once I arrived and checked in. I arrived at noon, a lady in front desk said it is not a right time for check in. It is ok and I understand. Then I came back at 3:30 pm, the staff said again you need to wait until 4pm. It is ok and I understand. But at this moment, another guest came and he could finish check in and went to his room, I immediately asked why he could check in but not me!? The lady said, “it depends!” What standard does the hotel has?
So, for me, I wont stay in this hotel again. Why? It depends!

DDejan SkaljacThe location is great - easy to get to the airport , to the centre and the port. Whichever way you are getting into Alicante it would be convenient. The check-in is easy and smooth, late checkout is good value at €10. The things I would improve is allowing single item purchases at breakfast time ( as it is they only let you have the breakfast buffet for €10 or nothing, but you can't have a croissant or a muffin on its own with your coffee. 🥴 . Also , on the facilities front I do miss a power outlet in the bathroom - it's a commonplace thing in continental Europe but never to be seen in U.K. and Ireland. For some strange reason it's missing here.

GGuest UserThis is the 2nd time I’ve used this hotel, it’s ideal from the train station- literally across the road.
Especially when coming off a lengthy train ride with a child so we could catch an early morning flight from Alicante Airport.
Clean check in area and very friendly staff , helpful regarding public transport and there are free tea & coffee making facilities in the lobby in the evening .
The rooms are adequate with aircon if needed in the summer.
Clean bathroom and toilet with plenty of towels and toiletries , this is not a holiday hotel but for 1 night stays especially for the airport as the bus stop is just over the road.
As a woman travelling on her own and another occasion with s young child I have felt perfectly safe.

I also love that the checkout time can be 12 pm~ the room is very spacious, even has 4 beds, especially good for big families. There is cooking utensils and induction cooker! The place is very clean but don’t know why there is some smell in the bathroom. I didn’t see the exhaust fan even though there is the sound. I didn’t like the smell in the bathroom even though we kept the bathroom door and main door open for quite a while the smell still stayed

MMichael SonneveldDecent location within 10 minutes walk to the harbour. We booked a king bed but we’re given two small singles. It was a novelty reminiscing our teenage years in an undersized bed. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy, tiled floors and 25-30 year old TV we didn’t even turn on. Efficient lift access. Front door not so sound proof with noise transferring in from other guests from hallways. AC worked fine. For the price we paid, fair and reasonable.

Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor.
Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it.
Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language.
Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.

AAnonymous UserFor a budget hotel, this place has everything you'd want in holiday accommodation: bed, desk, working outlets, bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Sadly half the channels didn't work on the TV. There was also a cafe in the main Ibis hotel that provided breakfast but I never tried it.
Location wise, it's opposite a quiet beach area, but if you want to go out and don't have a car, your only option is the C6 bus or taxi.
Overall though, I highly recommend it if you just want somewhere to rest.
