"The room is not big but has everything you need. The transportation is very convenient and is directly connected to the JR station. Toyoko Inn brings its own breakfast, which is very cost-effective. October coincides with the arrival of new rice from Akita Prefecture, so I had two bowls of rice in the morning!"

"The private room dinner was about 11 courses and we got tired of eating!! Super fresh seafood. The servers were super polite, Knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail despite the language limitations. The hot water is salty and soothing for the skin. Breakfast buffet had continental items; a plus."

"The price is very affordable, there is 1.2 kilometers away from jr Tozaki Station, it is very convenient to walk without luggage, if there is a suitcase, it is recommended to call. There are no restaurants near the hotel. There is a large supermarket 100 meters away. There is a lot of food. There is a sightseeing tower in front of it, 100 meters high, free boarding, and a coffee shop on it."

"It's far from Akata Station, but there are large supermarkets and markets around the hotel, and a convenience store is right next to it.
There are few restaurants nearby. However, there is no place to have a quick meal.
The hotel staff are very friendly.
The hotel is old, so the cleanliness of the facilities and atmosphere are average.
But accommodation is cheap.
There is no separate parking fee and you can use nearby parking lots for free."

GGuest UserThis hotel is brand new and offers excellent amenities. You'll find a self-service ice machine and microwave, complimentary self-serve toiletries, and even a hot spring bath (onsen). There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs, and it's just an easy walk to the JR station. Highly recommended!

BbalbalThe location is good, right next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel parking lot needs to be paid, and the parking lot next to the hotel was full, so they suggested us to park in the parking lot next to the station. But we thought it was far away and it would be troublesome to carry the luggage. So we parked in a nearby public parking lot and found it cheaper than the hotel parking lot.

It‘s great that the hotel has a gym, and the restaurant on the top floor also has local characteristics, good service, and delicious food. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of
Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid.
However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip),
but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't
understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they
make one with the additional charge ?

GGuest UserI booked two nights through Trip.com to see my family. I was very satisfied with the hotel and the excellent service.
The location was convenient for going out, but there was a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so I didn't have to go out in the cold at night and could relax in my room.
The breakfast was amazing, full of Akita flavors. It was also great that I could get takeout coffee. I was able to relax with my coffee until check-out.
There is only one drawback. The nightwear was a bathrobe type rather than pajamas, so it was cold from the knees down. I hope I'll wear pajamas next time I stay here.

The distinctive sculpture at the hotel's main entrance caught my eye, though its meaning wasn't clear to me. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Akita Museum of Art and directly opposite Akita Park, contributing to a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere.
