"The environment is good, close to the subway station, but the people in the hotel basically do not speak English. There are supermarkets, drugstores and post offices nearby. The hotel’s keys cannot be taken out, leaving the keys at the front desk every time you go out. But I was in Berlin for three days and it was very comfortable to live here. But the breakfast here is super hard to eat. Super ugly!"

"Room was surprisingly very spacious, most staff at front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is good overall and has most options, we only had few issues either cleaning crew but things were resolved quickly with front desk. Good experience overall"
