The lady at reception was sooooo lovely!!! She has the best customer service I've ever received. We were welcomed and bought drinks and fruit. The room was new and clean, amazing view of the mountain beside the hotel as you shower with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was perfect and amazing. We are definitely going to come back to stay here someday and hopefully be greeted by the lovely host again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

I loved my stay at the Scenic Mountain Ecolodge. Yen and Vin were lovely hosts and made sure I was super comfortable. I divided my stay between the luxury room and the deluxe room. Honestly the deluxe room is better since it has more natural light and is very spacious. Overall it’s a great place to stay and is very close to Hang Mua.
Staff were so friendly and helpful with our heavy luggage. On arrival they were very helpful and escorted us to our room, the room was very clean and tidy. They also allowed us to rent bikes for free so we could cycle to the Mua caves. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough!
We stayed for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience throughout! Room was clean and had hot water, Netflix and aircon. View at the homestay was great and allowed us to relax thoroughly. Host was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to travel in the area. We had bbq and family was so kind to help us with the bbq. Location is ideal for travelling to trang an boat ride and hang mua cave. Bicycle rental is for free. Overall, highly recommend others to visit this homestay to complete your vietnam experience!
📍Location: The hotel is not too far from the town attractions, about 1 km. It takes about 15 minutes to ride a bicycle to Bitong Temple.
🍚Food: The B&B has breakfast, which needs to be paid separately. There are also many places to eat nearby. There is a hot pot restaurant next to it.
🛏️Accommodation: The mountain view room was allocated on the first floor, next to the restaurant kitchen, and there were sounds of washing dishes and chatting late at night. It can be said that there is no sound insulation here, because the toilet window is not completely sealed and used for ventilation. Because the decoration is biased towards traditional wooden buildings, there will be gaps in the door. Remember to lock the toilet door indoors when sleeping and going out. The door is locked with an ordinary key, remember to keep the key (I didn’t keep it well, and left it in the restaurant. We had to leave early the next morning. The owner of the B&B was very kind to help us get it back and only charged us for travel expenses)
Service: The service is very good. The owner answered all questions, and the uncle who was replaced by the doorkeeper at night was also very nice. You can rent bicycles and motorcycles here, but I suggest taking a taxi to the attractions if there are so many people, as driving is really a bit tiring.
The hotel room is spacious, the boss is enthusiastic, and the landlady is always smiling. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the large swimming pool, which is suitable for family travel. The disadvantage is the environment and hygiene. To improve, it may be due to lack of manpower and no extra manpower to clean up. What a pity. The hotel can arrange a scheduled itinerary. We chartered a car to go to Thung Nham Bird Park Songya Bird Ecological Tourism Area on the first day, which cost 400,000 VND (about 7 kilometers away from the hotel). It is more cost-effective to rent a motorcycle. The next day, charter a car to Trang an Chang'an Scenic Area (Lulong Bay) ➝ Hoa lu Hualu Ancient Capital ➝ Lunch ➝ Baiding Temple Chùa Bái Đính-Ninh Bình Tour, 1 million VND. On the third day, go to Mua Caves (Hang Mua) (4.7 kilometers) and rent a bicycle. Back to Hanoi, book a bus from the hotel for 200,000 VND/person. The ticket is cheap. The disadvantage is that you have to connect multiple times. The advantage is that you don’t have to rest in the middle, and the time it takes is the same as taking a limosion.
白天還幫我們租了摩託車,特別優秀的體驗👍👍👍the hotel is really beautiful and clean, people are so friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it~ hotel boss is soooooo nice!!!

SStephanieI truly cannot say enough good things about this place. Dzung and his family were so kind and generous. They went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The pictures of the home stay on the internet do not do this place justice. Dzung has made every effort to make his guests feel at home. We each had bicycles that we could use free of charge. The breakfasts that his wife made were delicious, best pancakes! We had our own bathrooms and the rooms and facilities were absolutely pristine. Trip.com indicated that this home stay had shared washrooms but this isn’t always the case, we had our own private bathrooms. We also couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Dzung was so helpful showing us where to go and what to do. The home stay is so conveniently located, away from the hustle and bustle. So tranquil and peaceful. We will mostly definitely be returning. This was truly a special experience that my husband and I will never forget. Thank you Dzung and your family for being the most gracious hosts. We felt as though we were a part of your family. We will see you all soon!
WWhitneyYeeLocated right at the center in tamcoc, a few minutes walk away from where all the limousine drop off. It's a place where the owner also plants all her plantation.
Before checked in, she sprayed insect repellent to shoo away all the mosquito. Room is big, toilet is huge, bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is amazing too. Charging outlet everywhere and close to the bed too
Breakfast every morning but I decided to sleep in except for the first day.
AAudreyOur stay at Tam Coc Moment was nothing short of amazing From the moment we arrived, the owner, Tommy, went above and beyond—seamlessly arranging our transfer from Hanoi and offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Ninh Binh. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by his wife. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, which made for the perfect start to our day.
The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the beautiful little garden, where we enjoyed our meals amidst lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance.
Tam Coc Moment is a true hidden gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
MMixPlorerI didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.
GGuest UserAccomodation was great. One of the best accomodations I have in my trip to Vietnam. It is very cozy and clean. It is very modern looking making the stay more comfortable. It is tucked in a quiet alleyway but not a far walk/motor ride from the main street. The staffs were polite and were always ready to help eventhough they were not fluent in english, so I can really commend their dedication as staffs. The amenities in our room were in great condition and all were there for our needs. It is a family operated accomodation instead of a traditional hotel. There’s a cute and kind black dog guarding the property which gives customers a better sense of security. Overall, this accomodation gave us a great stay in ninh binh and highly recommend this place to other travellers visiting the place.
GGuest UserThe most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.
Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better.
Two things to mention.
If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains!
Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit.
The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle.
We loved our stay.
We would stay again if we visited!
