One of the best hotels we’ve been to! We we’re very well received, and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good and so was the overall menu. The rooms we’re amazing, really big and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor bathrooms. Location was good, far from the busy and crowded center area but close enough by bike (10-15min), and you can rent them there. Rentals and bookings are a bit more pricey at the hotel, but definitely reliable and guaranteed! Swimming pool was great, and points for the front beach view! The owner of the hotel was also really friendly and helpful. Overall really good, and we can’t wait to go back!

The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to help with any issues. Location is excellent as centrally located and no more than a short walk to anywhere on the island, or very quick cycle using their free bicycles. Bedroom is spacious and bed is comfy, outdoor space is excellent too.

We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children. The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first. I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home. Great villa for a romantic getaway. The villa is beautiful, great private pool, well equipped kitchen to cook as well, bathroom was spacious but hope they can change the hairdryer because its too slow, friendly and helpful staff. All in all a super great stay! The cons would be the location of the villa its a bit in the inland of the island about 5-7mins bike ride from the jetty / town centre, walking can take upwards to 15mins so do rent a bike right away when you arrive at the jetty or you could ride the horse carriage if you’re not bothered by the white people none sense. When at night the roads can be dark so make sure to bring flashlights and when it’s raining the roads can be a bit muddy.

The room is very large and very good, the location is slightly far away, if you bring luggage, you will have to do a carriage.

The place, garden care views pools, my mother is a paradise. The staff is perfectly in English. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Remote paradise on the other side of the island, and an amazing bungalows away from day to day busy life. The offered an amazing breakfast daily & many things to do.. like a remote beach where 15-25 boats arrive during the day to enjoy as well, but it never seemed crowded. They had kayak & snorkeling available. The owner was great to ask for feedback as they are implementing more things to resort. Thank You Pak Hasan, Mahli, Pino, Desi, Rizal, Jalal, Amin and Anti… 5 Star Service from each of you. I would say they could improve the driveway entrance & Lombok needs to improve roads for visitors (in general). I’m sure this will happen over time. It was worth the bumps & rocky road to enjoy the disconnect. The owner is also bringing in more food variety to the lunch & dinners. If you want to see Monkeys there are a ton of them.. non-aggressive by the private beach 10 minutes away. Overall it’s a winner if you want beauty & peace & quiet…. Like a couples & honeymoon spot. I was solo & I loved it and my off the grid time.

I really enjoyed my experience in Anema and hope to repeat. Despite being a bit far from the airport, the staff is very friendly, very helpful and really makes you feel at home. I travelled on a honeymoon received a room upgrade, with and amazing sea view. Nice to explore the surroundings, The Hotel provides a motorcycle rental at a attractive price, the beach is great and calm. Great environment.
