Was great, spacious, and clean. They even let food delivery people come inside, which was so convenient. They even accommodated my luggage after check out.
However the Internet connection was very very poor and I had to use my mobile data the whole time I was there. Additionally, the elevator stopped at the 4th floor so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs to the 5th floor

The apartment is simply excellent, the location is perfect, five minutes from the main tourist street, yet quiet at night. The terrace is simply gorgeous, huge with sofas and a dining area. There's a stove, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Checking in was hassle-free; we checked in and out ourselves. The only downside for me was the uncomfortable pillows, but that's just a matter of habit. I give it a 10 out of 10.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Khalkedon Suites during our trip to Istanbul and loved the place.
First of all, the location is really good. It is in the Kadıköy district, with convenient transportation around. It is just a few steps to the bus or subway station, and it is also convenient to take the ferry to the European district. We usually go to tourist attractions easily, just take the subway or ferry. There are many places worth visiting nearby, such as:
• The Moda district has a very literary atmosphere, with many cafes, bookstores and seaside trails. We go there almost every day.
• Kadikoy Market has many authentic restaurants, snack bars and fruit and vegetable stalls. It is full of life and it is very pleasant to eat and stroll around.
• If you take a boat from the pier to the European area, it is also very convenient to go to places like Sultanahmet Square (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace), and the boat ride takes about 20 minutes.
The hotel is newly renovated, the overall style is very warm, and it feels very comfortable to live in. What satisfied us most was that there was a kitchen in the room, so we could cook something ourselves, which was very practical for couples like us who occasionally didn't want to go out for dinner. The overall facilities are very new and convenient to use.
The service staff was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, which made us feel at ease. The entire stay was a smooth experience.
Overall, it was a great stay, perfect for couples or people who want a quiet, convenient, ”home” place. If we come to Istanbul again in the future, we will definitely choose here again!
Прекрасный отель , все чисто уютно , очень вежливый персонал особенно хочу поблагодарить Melih , очень приятный парень всегда улыбчивый что не спросишь всегда очень внимательно и подробно расскажет покажет . Вернемся суда обязательно ))

We booked 3 hotels through Trip for this trip. 2 of them sent messages to remind guests on the day of check-in, which was very considerate. However, this hotel did not respond at all. We checked in late that day, and the hotel never tried to care whether the guests encountered any difficulties. The location of the hotel is indeed good, very close to Hagia Sophia, but the room is very narrow and can barely fit two single beds. Fortunately, there are many drawers for storing items. The most pitiful thing is that there is no quilt, so I can only use a quilt bag as a quilt, even though there is felt in the wardrobe. But isn’t a quilt the most basic thing? The only thing to praise is that the breakfast is good, and the front desk customer service during the day took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and walk a few dozen meters to the pick-up point when we left the hotel.

Booked with the company for 3 nights. In general everything is excellent, from location to contact with staff. Small minus - the first day wifi died, and the first day found that there was no gel for the shower everywhere. It could have been possible to write to the manager, but there were weekends ahead, decided not to torture anyone. But all such a sharpen the attention of the staff that it would be necessary to look more carefully behind the rooms, as visual everything is excellent, but everything is long ago in not very good form ... Two times broke the shower, the first time it turned out to be repaired by itself, For the second time already broke out with the roots, when evicted, she was a little upset that didn't immediately inform ...

Hello! ✌🏽
(Only photo on my check-out, sorry)
In my opinion, this is the perfect place for your start trip in Istanbul!
Very clean hotel and rooms, pleasant smell, clean linen, towels, slippers, soap accessories!
The administrators and the owner of the hotel are VERY VERY kind people! They will help you with any question.
Excellent location of the hotel, a quiet alley, at the same time a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square and the main street of Istiklal. The subway is also 5 minutes away. Bus stop in 5 minutes. Cafes, restaurants and everything you need is right here! Super delicious Doner on the corner.
Right next to the entrance to the hotel there are local shops with inexpensive products, household chemicals and even umbrellas in case of rainy weather.
I’m very glad that I chose this place! ❤️

The hotel left a pleasant impression! Excellent location: near the metro, Taksim Square and Istiklial Street, and opposite two stores with basic products. Staff polite, non-involuntary and trustworthy, which creates a comfortable atmosphere.
The room has everything you need: a kitchen with gas stove, extract, washing machines and dishwasher (though they have not used), a good refrigerator and a dining table. The air conditioning is quiet, there is a twig and a comfortable closet. Hot water with good pressure and pin stairs are compensated by an excellent elevator. It is quite quiet at night.
Of the downsides: a small set of dishes (no tea spoons, caps for pads, glasses), and in the bathroom catastrophically lacks shelves nowhere to put even a toothbrush or shampoo.
Summary: Good option for your money. If you eliminate small shortcomings, the number will be just great! I recommend.

Let's start with the pros: good location in the Kadikoy area, right on the street along which the T3 tram runs. We had a room with a terrace and a view. And here's something, and the view really was - the tiled roofs of the Kadikoy area, seagulls, the Bosphorus - all this is literally 11 out of 10! The room itself is very well designed - a large area and logical layout, a terrace again. But the condition of the room is just a C - the wall in the bathroom is slightly broken, probably because a pipe inside the tiled walls was leaking, and there was no other way to reach it. The shower screen is attached as if on the wrong side (not where the water is, but on the opposite side), the curtains are falling off the hooks, the terrace furniture has fabric cushions, and in some places on these cushions there are traces of seagull poop. On the second night, the hot water in the shower ran out (it was flowing, but not hot). We thought it was the boiler and the water had run out - but it never heated up from night until morning. Overall, a very good location, and a slightly run-down state of a good room, which is simply looked after in a slipshod manner.
A cozy little hotel on a quiet street close to the main sights. The hotel has no elevator, I was helped to get things on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is modest, but for a small amount of money I didn't wait any more. The staff is very nice, the only thing one of the staff asked for tips, I didn't like it. And there's still a very weak sound insulation in the room. Who cares, bear in mind)

TTingyu QuThe location is good! It is very close to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. But unfortunately, the service is not good. We arrived in the morning but there was no staff opening the door for us. We called and it took around 15 mins for us to wait outside of the door. We realized that the staff may not be around the reception 24/7, which is not helpful especially you are the first time in Istanbul and not familiar with the surroudnings. We also tried to book a taxi to the airport from the hotel service. It turned out that they informed the taxi driver the wrong airport name and it cost us an extra 500 lira in total for the taxi fee. A bit hard to communicate...
AAlse0707First of all, there's no elevator. Climbing five floors with luggage was a real pain, and we stayed for three days. There was a terrible smell in the toilet and building entrance. It wasn't in the room, but the bathroom and toilet smelled terrible. The furniture, air conditioning, and TV were fine. There's a balcony. So, other than the smell, it's a good deal.

AAnonymous UserIt was an economy room, but it was so hot and stuffy. I don't recommend a room without windows in the hot summer. This hotel doesn't have air conditioning. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so there's no ventilation at all. They brought me a fan because I said it was hot, but it was so loud that I had to turn it off when I slept, so I couldn't sleep because it was so hot. The next day, I paid 500 lira and moved to a room with a window. That room was ventilated and cool, so I could sleep without a fan. It had a table, a closet, and a coffee pot, so it was a little better. This hotel doesn't have a lobby or other shared spaces. There's no elevator, so going to the 4th and 5th floors is a bit difficult. The door handle lock seemed a little flimsy. The staff were friendly, but there was nothing that required extra service... Please note.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a three-storey house, coupled with a cafe outside (where the tastiest breakfast is served (thanks!)). My room was very nice, thought through, I really liked the oldish appearance of the house itself and the design of the room, wooden furniture and huge windows. Since the room was on the first floor and the windows were facing the cafe, it was a little noisy in the evenings, and I needed to pull down the curtains as well. The room had all the listed appliances (incl. a small fridge and a kettle) but I lacked a table, however I guess the room size does not allow for it. The main advantage for me was the location: I really love that district, walked around it a lot. There are two very pleasant parks that descend to Bosphorus (going down the slope is pretty easy), and there is Üsküdar dock nearby if you want to get to other parts of the city by ferry. The metro station is ±8-10 min away and there are shops and local restaurants around.
GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.
