I absolutely loved my stay! The room is spotless, fresh-smelling, and mold-free, with a bright, airy feel thanks to the balcony and views. The open wardrobe, fridge, long table, and chair offer great storage and functionality. I felt completely safe and at ease—important as a solo traveler.
Surin is amazing—friendly, caring, and super helpful from the start. His excellent English made everything easy.
The location is perfect: just 10 minutes by scooter to Krabi Night Market, yet peaceful and relaxing.

For the price we lived there, a great option. The room itself is clean, the dust is not in the corners, there are small questions to the kitchen. In general everything is good, but far from the sea and civilization. The hosts are excellent people, immediately respond to all questions - requests. I will repeat minus this order, though if you are mobile (bike, machine ) , then great everything.
Huge balcony, great view from the windows and balcony (house on stilts on the mountainside). Lots of space, kitchen with stove and microwave.
There are insects, including a cockroach)

Location was ok. To get to most restaurants a tuk tuk was needed. The hotel is split into 3 parts which was not too clear when we booked. The room we booked was nearer the road and was more of a self service room. There are rooms in between the beach and the lobby but they looked largely out of use. Finally the beach bungalows looked very nice and well maintained. The apartel rooms were a 10 minute walk to the beach. Not a problem but something to be aware of before booking. The room itself was clean and pretty standard. The hotel staff at reception were super friendly and helped us book transfers, laundry etc all in one place too.
The location is great, the hotel itself is crap, the sinks are broken, the floor is falling in, there is noise from everything around, but the owner is a great person, thank him for his efforts
GGuest UserRooms were pretty small and basic but is fine if out most of day. Had AC but cold water showers (was fine given the heat). Pretty good location too. The staff were very hard to get hold of to organise the free pick up from the pier (not picking up phone/responding to emails/instagram) so staff from other hotels had to call them for us which worked out in the end. They offer free coffee in the mornings which is a benefit
SSimchiThe location of the hotel was excellent — just a short walk from the beach, a 7/11 store, restaurants, and entertainment options. However, our stay had several downsides.
When we arrived, there was no electricity until 5:00 PM, which meant no Wi-Fi and no hot water — quite inconvenient after traveling. We stayed in a private bungalow with a king-size bed, which turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, the beds kept sliding apart, and we had to constantly move them back together.
The air conditioner had a broken cover that was taped in place, directing airflow straight onto the bed with no way to adjust it. The ventilation was also extremely dirty and dusty, making the air inside the room heavy, humid, and musty. We also saw two cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant.
Despite these issues, room service came every day with two bottles of water provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in is officially at 2:00 PM, but although we arrived early, they allowed us to check in before that time.
Overall, the location and staff were great, but the room conditions left a lot to be desired.

SStanleyVery nice and quiet bungalow. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere. You'll sleep with and wake up to the sounds of nature. The bungalows are well taken care of. Ada (the owner) is very friendly and helpful! The drive to Long Beach/downtown is a gorgeous drive and takes about 30 minutes.
GGuest UserThis for the Robinson Crusoe adventurers in you. My cheapest expenses up to now. I got to this place with the idea to live like in a deserted island hut. I was not disappointed. I took the second cheapest bungalow. All in bamboo. No fridge or security box. Just a Firm bed and a 3 speed fan. Muskito net surrounds the bed and the jungle night sounds as well. Your next to restaurants and 7eleven so you won't go hungry or thirsty. You can reserve tickets for every activities. Rent a scooter is a must to go around and enjoy the island. Ask for Scoottie the red scooter. Is my fav. Family owners are super nice and eager to help with anything. Every bungalow has a make shift Hammack where you will find your self often relaxing. Or walk 8 min toward the beach from from any ressort entrance. The OK is not for The luxury seekers.more for the Indiana Jones type that wants to disconnect from it all.
LLarissaZWe had a perfect stay at Phi Phi @ Pier Hotel. The place is brand new, spotless, and in an amazing location—walking distance from the best spots on the island. The rooms are extremely comfortable and offer the most stunning views. Maya at the front desk always greeted us with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you!
GGuest UserCharming place right on a beautiful clean beach that is not crowded and swimmable. The staff are lovely (thanks, Sue!) food surprisingly good (fish BBQ!) and you can get scooters right at the place. We actually checked in to the more luxury option on this beach and then moved here instead because it felt way more friendly.
Don’t come here if you want to party, it’s at the far south of all the beaches and over some huge hills to the next gathering of shops (although there is laundry and a few restaurants and a basic shop nearby). And don’t expect satin sheets or huge rooms, it is what it is and that’s a bit rustic. But for what it is, and the price, you can’t do better.
GGuest UserGood room, a/c, tv, tea pot. Bed is comfy. No view from on window and view to the parking lot from the other. Once I spent the day without given water but then I asked for it and it was okay.
Also when I ran out of soap, I was given a lot of everything all at once. And also hair dryer.
Once there was a big cockroach but I think it’s not hotel’s fault. It has probably got inside from the street.
The hotel is really close to the sea. However, this place in Ao Nang is not that touristic, so it’s good for chilling, but the closest part of the beach is mostly for boats and you’ll need to go further to find a place to swim
GGuest UserOverall, the stay was okay. Loved the vibe the cabin gave and its ambiance. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good (for western standards) and the pool very chill (even though it is located next to the road so comes with a lot of traffic noise). We stayed in the cabins with the fan, and even though we knew there was no airco, the cabins were incredibally hot. So hot we could not catch much sleep. The marrasses were extremely hard and very oncomfortable. The temperature in the cabin itself raise so high, that during daytime you could not stay there. So, overall, nice stay, just know what you can expect.
GGuest UserThe staff were so warm and welcoming. Grace has been very helpful with everything we asked. We rented a scooter from the property for 300baht a day (full 24 hours!) The day i was checking out the owner was at the reception and he let me keep my room until 1pm. So nice of him :)) The hotel was right by the sea, the views were incredible. Everything was clean and well maintained. For us the pool was the highlight because it was so clean and always accessible
The property also has cuddly kittens, geese and chicken. Quite a sight to see.
Would stay again for sure
