GGuest UserThere was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

GGuest UserWe stayed 1 night in this trip and we liked it. It was so clean. Our room seemed new/newly renovated. AC was working well. Checking in and out was so easy. Staff was nice and smiling all the way. Surely we’ll gonna stay here again if we ever come back. Highly recommended.

MMildred05Great service and experience in PEI, we check in that day was Christmas, hosted gave us a chocolate for Christmas. That’s very sweet, we do have great time staying in hotel. There are fee cookies in lobby for the day. Nice place in PEI!!!
