It was a good experience staying there. It is my 3rd time, experiencing hospitality with them. Location and a good connecting esplanade and sialdah railway station within a minimal distance. Behavior of the staff is good.

Propert says non-smoking but smoke in the window shield is still there. Very poor room service. Tv was not recharged and have to put in a complaint 3 times before it was recharged. Ambience is good close to market good parking space. Rooms are small to fit in 3 people as we made a booking we requested for early check in but was denied and after waiting for few hours they offered a room for 1800 rs for 2 hours which was a rip off when we arrived early they said no rooms available for the while week and completed booked out. Comementsry water we to ask them couple of times before they could provide one. Over all the room services was very poor i would have gone bad but just for the location and parking i give average

Pros- 1. The hotel is located at walking distance from rabindra sadan metro. 2. The room size though small is cozy and comfortable with facilities of tv, ac, wardrobe and comfortable beds and mattresses. 3. The bathroom accessories provided are of good quality as well as quantity with provision of hot water, hair dryer and separate bathing area which helps keeping the bathroom dry and clean. 4. The complementary breakfast is simple and nutritious and of good quantity. We were served with toast, omlette, butter, jam, fresh juice, bananas, papaya and tea! the preparation was homely and tasty. Cons 1. The biggest drawback was inadequate signposting of the hotel after initial signage at the gate. Once inside, there were no indicators to guide a guest how to reach the front desk since other residential buildings are collocated inside the premises. Guidance from a gentleman at 1030 p. M. Helped us get on a lift and reach the 5th floor where the hotel is located. It is requested that more direction signages be put up to guide the guests for an easy checkin. Overall an excellent stay with clean rooms and nice and good quality amenities provided in the room. 4* rating
