My friend recommended Yabuli Nuanju. We stayed in a family room that sleeps four, and the kids absolutely loved the big round bed. The room was very warm, clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. The dining options nearby were also quite close. The courtyard was bright and beautiful. Laundry facilities were convenient too. The landlord was very talkative and shared a lot about the local culture and customs with us. The next day, when we went skiing and dog sledding, the landlord helped us book a car. This luxury suite was truly amazing. It had a tea table, massage chair, bathtub—everything you could need. The best part was the viewing platform; it was absolutely stunning, giving you a commanding view of endless mountains, forests, and snowscapes. The owner was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. They even offered free shuttle service to and from the scenic area and recommended a delicious iron pot stew. Thumbs up to the owner!

I initially thought it would just be convenient because it's close to the ski resort. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail every day after checking in! The Dyson hairdryer dries hair gently and quickly, and the Arrow bathroom fixtures' thermostatic shower made showering a truly enjoyable experience. Most importantly, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, relieving the fatigue after skiing – it was simply amazing. During my several-day stay, the shuttle service was always available; such quality is truly rare around the ski resort.

Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

Their home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious—don’t miss their signature beef noodles, comforting wonton soup, and flavorful hotpot! What truly makes this homestay stand out is the genuine care and dedication of the hosts. They helped us get tickets to local attraction at discounted price. And when we almost got stranded due to an issue with our local driver, 张大哥 immediately stepped in, coordinating help to ensure we were safe and taken care of. Their kindness and reliability made all the difference. For anyone who speaks Chinese (but even if you don't there is always Google translate 😜) and wanting to experience authentic local life with warm and dependable hosts, this is the perfect one! You won’t regret it!

In fact, the overall is good, but it may not be only us, there are other residents, at night will be reminded not to be too noisy, speech should not be too loud, understandable, but it is a bit uncomfortable to open the window to breathe, I don’t know if I opened the window and was told by the housekeeper not to open the window. It will freeze the flowers to death. Speechless 😅 Mainly because I am not used to staying in the heating will be stuffy, so I don’t want to open the window to breathe. 😮💨

The amenities are also comprehensive, with ample underfloor heating and a steady supply of hot water. A warm bath is incredibly relaxing. The best part is the location, just a few minutes' drive from the ski resort. For out-of-town tourists like us, this is a real bonus. Next time you visit Yabuli, this will definitely be my top choice!

This time I stayed at the Diaoyutai Villa and I felt very comfortable and it was a worthwhile trip. First, the hotel is in an excellent location, with the Shanzhuang Pier just outside the door. It is very convenient to take a car, cruise, and shop. You can also watch performances at the Pier Square in the evening. The Dragon Boat Tour is very unique. Second, the hotel's service is attentive, and all the hotel room and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic, especially the second sister, Ms. Zhang Xiaoyan, who is very generous, responsive to requests, and does her best to help guests solve their problems. Third, the food and beverages are genuine and delicious. In the past few days, I have tasted steamed aohuahua, stone pot golden trout, crucian carp stewed with tofu, perilla beef, fish dumplings, etc., and they were delicious.
