A great hotel to stay for a nice holiday! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near many other hotels which are connected. Compliment goes to Mr Leero and Miss Ann at the reception counter. They had given their assistant way beyond my expectations. Appreciate their kind help. Would love to come back to Parisian again during my next trip.

Above normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable.

Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. One small improvement that could be made was the instant drinking water dispenser provided in the room. The volume of the machine's water container is small, so we needed to refill it with tap water very frequently. Also, when we wanted to drink water, the machine only fits the hotel cup, while small water bottles cannot fit, so we had to first fill up the hotel cup, then pour it into our water bottles. This is quite inconvenient.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Fisherman's Wharf, opposite Sands Casino, and very close to MGM, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. It features an in-house Chinese restaurant that serves great food, with a special discount for hotel guests. Our suite was very spacious; despite being a corner unit, there was a water dispenser conveniently located right outside the door. The one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom design was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. While dedicated USB charging ports were not available, there were convenient power outlets by the bedside for charging devices.

I spent a considerable amount of time searching on Ctrip, only to find too many hotels with tiny beds, cramped rooms, and questionable hygiene. So, the Leo Family Room I eventually found was an absolute delight! The room was surprisingly spacious (a real rarity in Hong Kong and Macau), featuring two 1.5-meter wide beds. The bathroom was also excellent, with a proper wet/dry separation and both a separate shower and a bathtub. As a non-smoking family room, it was completely odor-free, which was a huge relief for someone like me with an extremely sensitive nose. Check-out was incredibly smooth; I just handed in the room card (likely because I booked online and settled the deposit during check-in). In summary: It's clean, hygienic, spacious, quiet, and completely free of any unpleasant smells. Right in the alley across from the hotel's main entrance, you'll find a 'cha chaan teng' (local tea restaurant). Xin Kang Kee there is a real gem, offering 'ping leung jing'—great food, good quality, and affordable prices. Wynn and Grand Emperor casinos are also just a 12-15 minute walk away.

Recently stayed at Golden Dragon Hotel in Macau and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near the Macau Ferry Terminal, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving by ferry. It’s also within walking distance to some local attractions and casinos, which adds to the convenience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It offers comfort and functionality. The bed was cozy, and amenities like the mini-fridge, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi made the stay comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The hotel also has a few on-site restaurants, offering a good variety of Chinese and international dishes. I particularly appreciated the breakfast buffet decent variety and fresh options.

The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding. While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay. It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated. My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Andaz Macau. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and professional. On our first night, our room was quite noisy. We were too tired to call the front desk, but I recorded a few short videos of the sound. The next morning, the manager handled the issue swiftly and efficiently by arranging a room change — everything was smooth for the rest of our stay. A special mention goes to our wonderful housekeeper, Cici. She was absolutely adorable and incredibly meticulous! My friend had left her brushes and makeup tools rather messily on the table, and when we returned, Cici had arranged every single item neatly in order. We were utterly surprised and impressed by her thoughtful attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service and hospitality at Andaz Macau. Highly recommended!

The room was quite satisfactory – clean, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with and could switch to Mandarin. It's been a while since I've encountered a room deposit, but it wasn't an issue as it's fully refunded after check-out, provided no damages are incurred. The location is excellent: Rua do Cunha is just a short walk away, and from there, it's easy to reach The Venetian and other attractions. For the Ruins of St. Paul's, you'll need to take a bus, and digital payments like Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted in that area. For navigation, Gaode Maps might be more reliable than Baidu Maps, so it's a good idea to download offline maps using the hotel's Wi-Fi in advance. Generally, both Alipay and WeChat are widely accepted for payments, and I didn't come across any shops that were cash-only.

Traveling solo with two children, I placed a high priority on transportation. From the airport, you can take the Grand Lisboa shuttle. The two hotels (Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel) are actually just separated by a narrow street, so you don't have to worry about walking long distances. I had pre-booked the complimentary airport pick-up service. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic, helped with our luggage, and even introduced the hotel's various services – truly an outstanding experience. When it was time to leave, I also arranged a car through the front desk to take us to the Taipa Ferry Terminal. I found the hotel's cleanliness and facilities to be excellent. As it's an older hotel, the decor has a classic 'old money' charm. They even proactively upgraded our room for free when they saw I was traveling with two children. The Wi-Fi, power outlets, toiletries, and complimentary beverages were all top-notch – truly hassle-free. Right downstairs from the hotel is a very large bus station, offering excellent connectivity. There were also incredibly helpful guides at the station who assisted us in scanning QR codes with WeChat or Alipay to register for the local transport pass, making getting around absolutely hassle-free. Nearby attractions, such as the Ruins of St. Paul's, are wonderfully uncrowded if you visit before 8:30 AM, allowing you to easily avoid the peak tourist rush. All in all, my stay at the Lisboa Hotel truly made this trip a fantastic experience!

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserWe stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a lovely cake. it was such a sweet touch! I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We had such a great experience that we’ve already planned to come back in January next year. Can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserThe location is quite good, not as remote as some online reviews might suggest. I noticed the two cabinets that some had mentioned as being a bit odd. The one containing the mini-fridge was perfectly fine, but the middle cabinet seemed quite unnecessary, especially since the room was spacious enough and had plenty of space for clothes. The staff service was also very good. My only minor gripe is that each floor has around 100 very similar-looking rooms, and the extensive layout makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, it's mostly a positive experience. The only real downside was that the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during my visit, which meant having to take a rather inconvenient and long detour. They could have made the temporary barriers smaller; otherwise, it was genuinely inconvenient to walk around in a swimsuit just to change or use the restroom. It would also be great if the pool could stay open until 10 PM (22:00), as 8 PM (20:00) feels a bit too early to close.

KKoJustinThe hotel is reasonably priced for a weekday and has a nice pool. The location is not so convenient however, as it is somewhat far from most of the tourist attractions in Taipa. You would either need to take a cab, a shuttle, or a bus, but the shuttle does not come very frequently. So I ended up spending my time staying around the hotel. Fortunately, they do have a pretty decent Chinese restaurant. The outdoor pool is a nice touch given that not all hotels in Macao have decent outdoor pools. There is also a nice view of Hengqin from the room and also from the pool deck. Overall I think for the price it is a good option for those who are not solely in Macao to gamble. It is too bad that the hotel is near an abandoned race course however, it would be great if the government were to revive this area as it is a waste of space.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau. Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this. On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation. In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.

SSometravelbuddieI recently stayed at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel, and I must say, I am quite disappointed considering it is marketed as a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards one would expect from a property of this caliber. Firstly, one of the most basic amenities expected in a luxury hotel—the bathroom—was subpar. The bathroom lacked a bidet, which is a standard feature in many high-end hotels, especially for guests seeking comfort and hygiene. Additionally, the bathroom door did not have a lock, which severely compromised privacy. This was particularly uncomfortable, as I did not feel secure knowing that anyone could potentially enter without warning. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting privacy by hanging the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door, staff members entered the room multiple times. This was not only intrusive but also disrespectful of personal boundaries and privacy. Such occurrences are unacceptable in a hotel that claims to offer a luxurious and private experience. Another inconvenience was the limited space available for storing clothes in the bathroom. As someone who prefers to keep their belongings organized and within easy reach, I found the storage options to be inadequate. The bathroom did not offer sufficient shelving or cabinets, forcing me to leave clothes and personal items in less convenient places, which diminished the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. Overall, my experience at Yoho Treasure Island Hotel was disappointing and did not reflect the luxury standards that the hotel presumably promotes. For a hotel that charges premium rates, I expected better facilities, greater attention to guest privacy, and more thoughtful amenities. I hope the management considers these issues seriously to improve future guest experiences.

CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai  Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
