Have stayed before and will stay again. Very nice, some rooms can be a little dated but is a personal preference matter, we like them. Staff all very friendly, and that really us all staff from top to bottom, welcoming and helpful.

It was good for a 1-night stay for early flights out of Stanstead My only issue was that there was nothing I wanted to eat available on the menu in the evening. Everything I chose was out of stock, so I had to have a small garden salad and nothing else, which was not very filling for a nightly meal. There isn't anywhere else you can go for food so this is the only option. Please note the breakfast is only cold options until after 6am so if you have an early flight you might (like me) just end up with yogurt, and when you only had a garden salad for dinner this is very disappointing. Another note is the shuittle comes once every 30 mins to take you to the airport on the hour and 30 mins past sokeep that in mind when going down for breakfast as well.

Hotel was amazing and the Spa area was unreal . Had a dinner reservation and the Service was really bad. Kept having to ask for things . Items i ordered never came and servers avoided eye contact so we ended up having to wait ages to be served . Food was like warm at best. Very expensive and the costumer service was simply not there.

Feeling easy and comfortable with all basic supplies available. Although the couch in the room is a bit worn, overall it is a nice experience. Lobby Christmas decoration is decent and festive, great and enjoyable atmosphere!

Quiet and cosy place. Rooms very traditional. Breakfast is acceptable. Jogging machine at the gym strangely facing a opaque wall. Not really a convenient place, unless you are driving. The first night we checked in, the receptionist said there was no double bed (deluxe king room we booked and prepaid) and gave us twin beds. Then the solo traveller who checked in after us got a deluxe king room. Apalling. All other staff are friendly and cheerful.

Great size room. Advertised as 4star….don’t know in what year that would be…more a 2star! Window cill & wall in bedroom really rotten, dated furniture, all a bit scruffy, had to keep window open as room a bit smelly but then was really noisy through the night with lorry deliveries, extracter fan in bathroom not working so really steamy, cracks in tiles where shower is, rotten door frame in bathroom too. Didn’t complain at time as only staying 2 nights just to sleep - sheets etc nice & clean but pillows not comfortable, old & sunken. Wouldn’t stay again.

Nice and quiet location even though very close to dartford crossing. Goof food and very specious accommodations compared to other Ibis hotels

The location was fine and I could go shopping nearby and conveniently. However, the windows of the room (Room no. 509) were dirty and affected the view. As a whole, it was a nice room.

Really clean friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble and breakfast included will definitely recommend

The overall experience of this hotel is very good, and the process from check-in to check-out is very smooth. The service staff is friendly and polite, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The location is convenient and the surrounding living functions are also very convenient. The overall accommodation environment is comfortable and relaxing. It is a pleasant accommodation experience and I will visit again if I have the chance in the future.
