The hotel is beautiful with the mix of old and new architecture. Plenty of FOC parking inside the fortress(hotel) and outside. Walking distance to the town and everything you want to see in Chaves. For EV cars, there is a chargeable charging station inside the hotel’s parking.

Dreamy hotel and park. Friendly staff and very well maintained. Breakfast was good as well. It’s a wonderful experience to stay there for a few days. Interior of the regular cabin could be improved design-wise but it’s not really a negative. 5/5 stars 👍👍

Hotel location is great, right in the center. Room is a bit outdated, but clean. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple but ample, come with scrambled eggs and bacon's, cornflakes and different breads. Rception staff was helpful

The manor is located on the banks of the Douro River, with beautiful scenery and every corner is a good place to enjoy the river view. The rooms and facilities are built according to the terrain and are even more beautiful. Whether it is the service staff or the room, it is comfortable and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again.

Hotel well located, a step from the center and next to the river walk. Beautiful pool, with towels and coffee shop service. Although the water was a little cold and the children swallow too much whirling without stop. Most complete and varied breakfast. Recommended.
