Stayhere Casablanca - Maarif - Elite Residence
4.4/570 Reviews
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stayhere Casablanca, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff was evident. Salma deserves special mention for her warm welcome and efficient check-in process. She was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Achraf the manager went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as guests. Their proactive approach to customer service and willingness to accommodate special requests truly set this property apart. Even Mehdi made an impression with his cheerful demeanor and swift assistance with our luggage. He ensured we settled into our room seamlessly and was always ready to lend a helping hand. The consistent excellent service from every member of the staff turned our stay into a memorable experience. We would highly recommend Stayhere Casablanca to anyone seeking comfort, care, and top-tier hospitality. This is a hotel that truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park. What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered. Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.

The room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine. The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker. The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

I had booked this thinking it’s closer to airport but still need to pay 30 euros to take a taxi to airport. Also cuz I’m only staying a night to take my flight back, I wanted a hotel with hamman / spa. I saw their spa place looks good. But turn out it only open around 10am and it’s full. I have a plane to catch so wish that the spa could have start earlier or close later. The hotel manager was kind enough to help me sorted it out and I got my hamman and massage. The lady at the spa wasn’t too nice but I can tell she try… definitely not worth the money as the when I ask her for stronger massage, she say I need to pay more for that! First time a masseur tell me this. Anw it’s a decent hotel, big room. I think it’s more for business travellers.

If you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.

Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

Melliber Apart Hotel is very near to Hassan II mosque. Location is good and accessible. However, the amenities are nill. One bad thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Breakfast is awful and everything has extra charges. Even, there is an extra charge for omelette in the breakfast. Also, water is free only in the first day. You need to buy water for the rest of your stay. I am satisfied with the cleaning and services of the room.
