4-Star Hotels in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast starts at 6:30, and on our last day we had to leave the hotel at 6:00, so we had given up on breakfast, but they suddenly made us an omelette, which we were impressed with. The location is a few kilometers from the city, so you don't get to walk around the hotel. The pool is about 20 meters long, so we had a good swim. We stayed for two nights, but there was no hot water. We complained on the second morning, and they said they would fix it, but they didn't. Well, it was hot, so we didn't have any problems with the cold shower, so we didn't complain too much. The hotel's lunch was delicious, but a little pricey. The airport shuttle was very expensive. We recommend arranging this elsewhere. I've written about a few drawbacks, but overall it's very good value for money, and I would be happy to pay twice the price. I recommend it.

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

As a female solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable at Memoire Siem Reap. It's also my first time in Cambodia. All of the staff- the reception staff, facilities staff, restaurant staff and security guard were all very welcoming, kind and helpful throughout my stay. They were very attentive and made sure I had what I needed. I scheduled tours on my own but I don't doubt that they would provide you with the info if requested. I especially admire the manager, Sokhorn, for making the time to check in with me and ask me how my stay was going. Personally I did not want to stay in the center (near the river, pub street, etc) So the hotel's location was better for me. Next door there's a huge supermarket and a bank across the street. The options for breakfast were wholesome for the day of adventuring ahead!

Great service and kind people. However, this hotel should not call itself a 4 star hotel and it absolutely should not call the room we booked the “presidential suite”. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. Not acceptable to have to sleep in a room smelling like sewage. They tried to fix it by lighting candles but that didn’t do much. Also they had to come multiple times to fix the water because there was no hot water. Would not stay again. Cannot recommend unless you enjoy the smell 💩🚽 tickling your nostrils

Angkor Tempora Boutique was a lovely place to stay at during my stay in Siem Reap. The service was amazing. Such friendly and accommodating staff members. Breakfast was very tasty. There aren't many food options on-site (other than breakfast) but down the road there are some food places. Pub street is also just about a 1$ ride away. A tuktuk driver outside the hotel was able to take me around Angkor wat and between various temples for just 15$. Overall it was a lovely experience and I will stay here again if I come back to Cambodia.

I had stayed at Siem Reap province for 4nights with good location (La Maravilla). The hotel grounds was well maintained and feature with a nice pool view. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need for my stayed, Staff super friendly with good service.

Ok so plus the staff very friendly the location perfect close to pub street but not too close ( 1$ in a tuktuk) the royal gardens are just around the corner and are stunning. This hotel is not geared towards the English, breakfast is noodles, noodles in soup, rice, veg. There is a egg station so we had fried eggs and toast everyday. The breakfast area outside by the pool is nice and quiet but very small maybe 8 tables. By the pool you only have a few beds but we only saw 1 person in 6 days in the pool. The Room: It is very dated old brown furniture which has marks on, the beds are rock hard and only 1 pillow each in the room. The bathroom was ok very standard. Had a small fridge to keep water which was great. Room cleaned everyday. The belcony only has 1 chair on it and 1 tiny table as it is really small. Only 1 plug socket in the room we had to unplug the tv (only 16 channels 1 was English and it was a news channel) and use that socket to charge our phones. You are only given 1 room card and when you go out the fridge goes off and so does the aircon! it was 30-34 while we stayed (18th Nov- 25th Nov) so I would ask for 2 cards when you check in so you can keep things cool while you are out all day. I would say the hotel is fine as a base, it is dated and basic but clean and staff are great and always 4 or 5 tuk tuks outside.

A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

The rooms are large and well equipped. The hotel is quite small and has a small dinning area that is well presented. The very upright wooden chairs could do with a back cushion. The food was good. The pool is small and not chlorinated. Great and very friendly atmosphere. We were treated very well and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. They can also arrange trips and drivers. Our tuc tuc drivers were brilliant and not expensive, an easy way to get to the centre of town. There is a market every night outside the hotel in the streets, great to walk around. The rooms are well insulated and quiet so sleep is easy and if you want a wake up call they will knock on your door. We had our laundry done and they cleaned the room on request. You can sit outside at night and hear the crickets and the Geckos.

Moringa Tree Maison is a combination homestay and boutique hotel. Rooms can be booked nightly or as part of The COPE NGO initiative, Bricks of Hope Voluntour Program that the hotel sponsors. I came to Moringa Tree Maison as part of the 8-day voluntouring opportunity that they sponsor. The 7 of us that came to volunteer for the week were all from different countries and the staff did everything to make us all feel at home and welcome all week. The staff was amazing. They knew all of our names and greeted us with friendly smiles, a cold towel, and the signature Moringa Tree cold beverage when we returned from our day out. They did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with tranquil gardens and an organic garden that supplies all of the veggies served in their meals. They are eco-conscience with solar providing almost half of the property's electricity. You also won't find plastic, single-use products on-site. The best part is that all the people they train and hire are all from their community. The Voluntour program through The COPE NGO, that I was there for, is sponsored by the hotel. It was an 8 day/7 night opportunity to build a house in a local community with full-on days of playing tourist with a licensed guide. The 7 of us all said that this program was the most memorable part of our individual trips. I will be telling everyone coming to Cambodia that this is the best tour that they can do here. Whether you want to stay at Moringa Tree Maison for a couple of nights or go for the Voluntouring program, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Moringa Tree Maison.

It's still under construction. It feels like a country B&B. Everyone is very welcoming and the room is very comfortable.
