Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room.

- the hotel is in the city center - near plaza surabaya - not very big hotel but modern aesthetic - the lobby is spacious, lots of sofas and tables, there is a cafe - the hallways are clean and the carpets are thick - the room is not very spacious but aesthetic - there is a big smart tv - there is a relaxing sofa - the bed is soft, lots of pillows, thick blankets - great view - the windows are big - standard tea, coffee, sugar and creamer - there is an electric kettle - there is a blend of Surabaya city and prayer times - the bathroom and toilet are a bit cramped - there is a sink and many and thick towels - complete amenities - there is a bath robe, a pair of sandals, a safety box, but no iron - the wardrobe is big and lots of drawers - the gym is a bit small - indoor pool is not very big but aesthetic - the restaurant is spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious

Me and my boy friend were here just for a night but everything was so good. Good location,the food was nice,clean room and the staff speak english. We got a cheap price for the room We would to come and stay here again when we are in Surabaya.

The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. Massive hotel with just as many guests coming in and out. Food: Breakfast wasn’t always good. There’s limited variety. I think the Food Exchange restaurant is a tad bit too small for the size of the hotel. The new Heritage restaurant on the other hand, is amazing. The buffet dinners were spectacular every night. Amenities: The pool and pool bar are great places to hang out. But you kinda need to schedule your pool time well because there’s unofficial peak times for families with kids. Depending on your family/preferences, you might aim for those times or completely avoid the pool at that time. Room: Large and spacious. We had a great city view. I didn’t appreciate the lack of hand towels in the bathroom. Everything else was up to standard.

The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet style breakfast is not bad with a variety of choices.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioner not cold enough even in the night. I’d been here twice but always get the same problem with air conditioner Hope one day they can fix it
