Excellent sized clean and tidy apar**ent with balcony looking out over the pool. Friendly staff, great amenities, gym, shop, pool, tennis court, and plenty of space to lounge around in the sun. Short walk to the shops, bus station and beach.

We were kindly met, quickly arranged, told everything and carried out to the room. The room is excellent, two-level, with two bathrooms, with equipped kitchens, finely working air conditioners and a small balcony. Food is not provided. To the beach a couple steps up to one and 3 minutes up to the other. The hotel is the beginning (or completion) of a gold mile, so there are no problems with walking and shopping. Excellent place to stay!

I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

這裏的每一樣東西都經過精心的設計和準備，房間很高大概4-5米層高，乾淨舒服，關鍵是老房子改造後保留了特色，木頭窗户扇國內已經不多見，地板的瓷磚年代久遠，每一塊的花紋都是手工繪製，歲月留在這裏的不是滄桑而是歷久彌新一種情調。坐在三樓天台看如初和大海，景色優美。老闆人很好，靠譜。幫忙叫的出租車很大，價格從酒店到機場加上兩件託運行李17歐多一點。 村裡有一個建了幾百年一直到1949年才最後完工的教堂。小街小巷很精緻，街道牆上有很多手繪瓷磚畫，他們的門牌號碼也用瓷磚標識。 這裏的公交系統發達，可以從機場直接坐12路公交車到村口。2公里內有個大超市，從酒店走過去半小時，裏面的魚很新鮮，果汁現榨1升4.99歐，東西都挺便宜的。 真的是美好的一天。

Excellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks. Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks. Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great. No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.

The aparthotel is located on a hill, far from bars, restaurants, discos and other entertainment venues, the ocean is 25-30 minutes walk away, depending on how fast you walk. But in our case it was not a problem, we deliberately chose an accommodation in a quiet and peaceful place and ”with views”. The views from the room terrace - the terrace is huge, larger in area than many rooms in Tenerife - are really beautiful. The room itself is designed for a maximum of four - there is a kitchen-living room with a fold-out sofa and a bedroom with a huge bed. The bed mattress is hard, the blanket is heavy. The kitchen area is equipped with all the equipment: drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kettle. There is no dishwasher - aparthotels in France spoiled us a little. Nearby, within a 10-minute walk, there are three supermarkets. There is a bakery shop on the territory of the aparthotel, so you can buy fresh bread, straight from the oven, right here. The complex itself is quite large and multi-level - there are elevators on the territory, but to get to the hotel even from the nearest bus stop you always have to go up. It will be inconvenient for elderly people and families with small children.

Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

Booked here for a cheap get away, room was ideal for our needs, it was clean enough, spacious balcony to chill on, powerful shower, location was ideal, few minute walk from anything you could need, roughly 5 minute walk to the beach, exactly what we needed. Rooftop terrace perfect for catching the sun most of the day. Would happily stay again.

My phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****
