Hotel antigo, necessita algumas reformas mas oferece órima estrutura e atendimento. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem.
This hotel is very comfortable for me to live in Brazil. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is very good. It is directly solved at the hotel for three meals a day. There is an underground parking lot. Overall it is not bad.
All right.Excellent location, 24-hour manufacturer service, very complete breakfast, several options zero lactose and gluten-free.Restaurant with various dishes and price accordingly.A kids area missing, because it doesn't have. In general, we have a lot of clean and comfortable beds, we have already hosted several times and we will surely return.
The room was wasteful, the lights were dark, there was no headlight, the desk lamp was broken and changed the room, it was still the same dark, the elevator and the room door, the air conditioner were very old, and the card was inserted. The last two pictures are the effect of opening the curtains during the day and the lights are fully turned on. People who like brightness are not recommended to live. More than 600 RMB is not worth it, and it is good to live in China.
Great service and a nice hotel.
Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area.
The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre
The hotel was a pleasant experience.
The reception was excellent in the service and friendlyness.
Negative points. : Payed parking R$35,00
The rooms and the bathroom are small. I stayed in a luxury suite with a couple bed and one single bed. Three people can't go through the room without a bed.
I was invited to meet with my children one of the thematic suites and I observed many negative and extremely dangerous points.
The pools are covered with smooth slips a alert, I entered with care because I saw the plate and even falls and hurt the paddle.
Or indicate using anti-slip socks.
The hotel is just opposite the Alegre Port bus stop. It is especially suitable for passengers in transit. It is known that there are no trains in Brazil. Long-distance buses are the main means of transportation from the state capital to the cities in various regions. There are some clocks in the lobby that look like some ages and look very good. The reception English at the front desk was not bad in Brazil, and the service was very warm. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is on the back of the three-way, more typical Brazilian breakfast.

DDelbert JarayIt is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.
GGuest UserAmazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.
GGuest UserThe experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!

GGuest UserThe first time I came to this beautiful city and this beautiful hotel, I still feel very good, the surrounding facilities are complete, the supermarket is more convenient to eat! The room is quiet! Will come to stay here next time. The front desk is warm!
GGuest UserIt changed much of the other times I was hosting.
The cleaning of the rooms left to desire and bathing clothes , quality was very low...we took two rooms, and one of them we had to exchange, there was a discharge in the air conditioned, as it seen for a long time, more had an old mark of this discharge...
I've had better experiences in this hotel..
CCalutoThe hotel was very confused, it had no information about the booking or payment we had already made and wanted to charge again. I had taken a printed copy of the booking as well as the confirmation. A strange situation. I will certainly not book any more for Trip.com to not pass through that
The situation again.
