Hotel is located just next to the Midi train station, where you could enter it by the side door located near to Haagen Daaz in the station.
As we arrived too early, we weren't allowed to check in hence we put the luggage at the concierge. When we returned to collect our luggage around 8pm after check in, we were shocked to find out that we need to locate our own luggages from 3 different storage room đ Then, what was the luggage tag given to us served as? I find this super tedious tbh!
Apart from this small hiccup, the rest of the stay was okay. However, there is no room slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste being provided in the room. Personally I find that both the mattress & pillows need to be replaced as they're too soft & thus I woke up with sore back.

Metro & trains station are all within walking distance. Not too far to walk to walk to the Grand Market too. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten free and vegan options too. Wish they would change the menu after 2-3 days. Got sick of the repeated menu by 3rd day. Love the 24h gym and sauna.

The hotel's location is very good; it's close to the train station, and the attractions are within walking distance. However, the downside is that it's on a street, so it remains noisy until the early morning. The sink counter has a design flaw, often making it wet. The breakfast is not very diverse.
We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised â the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room â we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is of good quality, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist us, offering information on local restaurants and chocolate shops. Our stay in the room was comfortable, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, being situated near a bar district, there is a possibility of late-night noise from people on the streets during weekends, which could be somewhat disruptive. Additionally, the hotel's location is not ideal, requiring a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the city center and 15 minutes to the nearest railway station. Nevertheless, considering the price point, these minor drawbacks are acceptable.

Staff was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast was an abundant selection of breads, cheeses, salads and continental fare. Location was excellent. Less than a 5 min walk from Brussels central station and grocery store and 1 block from different restaurants. Nice safe area.
A very good location in front of the station.
Only negative point is if you are in the room in front of station sonic isolation is terrible and you will hear train noise all night.

The hotel is really nice. The location is very good. Carrefour is diagonally opposite, which makes shopping very convenient. There are billiards and table football in the hotel, which are all free. The children have something to play with. The room is also clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The hotel is lovely, an abode in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone coming on business. However, Cardo Brussels could do better with their cleanliness for the tea and coffee items in the room and the bathroom.

Loved the decor, it felt very modern and calming. The bed was comfy and the bath was great. Only thing was the room was a bit warm and couldnât work out how to made it colder than 18.5 but was only there one night and didnât ask so there was probably a fix!

Very Good
GGuest UserExcellent quite location, but still very close to everything in town! Great and quite extensive breakfast spread every morning and a very helpful and welcoming staff! Loved everything about this stay, and hope to return someday soon!!!
CCharlieALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

GGuest UserSuperb location but service needs to improve as very difficult to get hold of reception at night times and have to go downstairs to look for them. Also, I tried to ask for slippers but it's not available.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we havenât met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!
AAmunThe hotel location is a + close to supermarkets, and all series of shops, fast food. Museums, Royal Palace are closeby. The receptionist were welcoming, friendly and professional. I received a complimentary drink card at my arrival. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The next door restaurant bar is also worth a visit. five stars all the way, I'll be back!
