I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

It was a very good stay at the hotel. Very conveniently located next to the central railway station. Just walk into the hotel from the train station. Rooms were excellent and spacious. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Great selection of food and worth the money paid. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely book the same hotel if we happen to visit Brussels again.

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooftop bar is lovely. Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it. (Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

I recommend the hotel, the staff is at your disposal. The hotel is located next to the metro a few minutes from the train station and the bus station. The restaurant is very luxurious and this is within your price. At the room level, it is very clean and there is no noise when you sleep. A little negative point on the Roomservice which offers only 3 types of dishes. But despite this I recommend the hotel for people looking for a luxurious hotel at a reasonable price.

Location was near Brussels Central Train Station, about 15 minutes by walking. Hotel & room were very clean. Services were good. The Hotel also had a gym room & a small swimming pool. Besides, restaurant and breakfast were very good.

The location of hotel is super! You can reach all places on foot only. Room is so big which we never expected. It’s super clean. Though it’s located at the grand place, but it’s quite during sleeping. Nothing can complain while you could hv a drink at the square and just walking back. So disappointing that we just stayed one night. We would sure come back again! It’s my favourite hotel now.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

Environment: Objectively speaking, it is a very good high-end hotel, but when I checked in, there was a construction site directly opposite the hotel. It was under construction and started before 7 o'clock in the morning, which affected my rest to some extent, but I didn't know it in advance, so I could only make do with it and continue to stay. Facilities: Due to Europe's environmental protection policy, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and other supplies are not provided. I can understand environmental protection, but this is a high-end hotel with a price of nearly 200 euros per night. Such facilities are somewhat cost-effective. Service: Ctrip's hotel homepage says that a deposit of 50 euros is collected upon check-in. After I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay a deposit of 250 euros. The other party explained that the deposit for one night was 50 euros, but it was not clearly stated on the homepage. Of course, I also respect the hotel policy. The hotel said that the deposit would be returned to me after I left. As a result, I did not receive the deposit refund three weeks after leaving. The hotel replied to Ctrip that the deposit had been refunded by the same route, but the bank found that the hotel's deposit operation was a mystery. The first query found that the deposit was returned by the same route after consumption, and the second query found that the deposit was frozen. Ctrip customer service contacted the hotel repeatedly, and I applied to the bank to refuse to pay the money, and only then was I able to get back the 250 euro deposit. The hotel finally explained that the overseas bank card arrived late, but many other hotels in France, the United States and the world did not have such a difficult time returning the deposit. Whether it was a mistake made by the hotel manager or the bank, it is not recommended for Chinese guests to stay in this hotel, otherwise the time and energy to defend the rights of the deposit may not be something that an individual can bear. This hotel itself is a very good hotel, but the subsequent service operation greatly reduced its overall quality.

Nice hotel for staycation. Clean. Big room and bathroom. But a little bit far from city center

Facilities: Complete facilities, the hotel is very close to the European Union, and the nearby subway and airport bus are also very convenient. Hygiene: Although the room is not big, it is very clean. Every day the cleaning lady will take the initiative to ask if it needs cleaning. Service: The service is very enthusiastic, and room renewals are also met as required. Overall, it's pretty good. Eating and transportation nearby are very convenient.

The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Even in comparison of prices (travel, hotel, rental etc) it is: ”THE BEST” ------ Reservation Faite 2 adt + 1chd À l'arrivé un lit de 2 places. Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

Price: I booked it for more than 700, including breakfast. The price is quite affordable. The conditions are pretty good in all aspects. Location: In fact, the location is a little far, and it is still far from the Manneken Pis. It is about 2.5 kilometers, and it takes half an hour to walk. It is recommended to book a hotel near Brussels Square. It is within walking distance of the luxury street. You have to change buses after taking the No. 12 bus from the airport. Service: I paid a deposit of 25 euros, and the front desk is actually the front desk of the hotel bar. I have never confirmed that it is the front desk. The hotel has a gym, which has drinking water and green apples. You can enter by swiping a card. Breakfast: It ended at 10 o'clock. No one cared about me, so I ate there. There are not many varieties. I suggest that those who want to sleep until they wake up naturally should not eat breakfast. And it is exaggerated that because the curtains were drawn in the breakfast area at 10 o'clock, a white man and a black man were stealing breakfast inside (not a guest). The black man left with his schoolbag, and the white man continued to steal. I checked in on Monday. There are some hotels with more than 500 yuan in the back with better locations. I booked early, but I suffered a loss. I originally wanted to ask Ctrip to cancel the trip, but they wouldn’t let me.

Great hotel room. Everything was clean and well maintained. We did struggle a bit with the AC, and couldn’t really get it to work unfortunately. But great stay otherwise!

My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!

Booked this last minute and pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Staff are friendly and my room was immaculate! Looked like it had just been refurbished. I will definitely consider booking this same hotel again. The location was very convenient as it’s just a short walk away from Gare du Midi/Brussels Zuid station.
