Location: The location is super convenient, just opposite Chiayi TRA station with many F&B options nearby. Behind it is a cinema. Bus stop for Chiayi City Bus (FOC with iPASS or Easy Card) is just downstairs of hotel or outside TRA station for opposite direction. Hotel occupies level 11 - 15. Good view across TRA station (see photos). Others: Free Parking for Guest but with height limit of 1.7m for cars. Room 1531: Need to sign addition acknowledgement form of no-smoking in room but room had cigarette smell when entered. Room was small. Stains are visible in bathtub and on shower curtains. Toilet bowl was choked but staff helped to exchange room immediately. Bed was HARD and pillows are soft. No photos of room taken due to late check-in and change of room due to choked toilet.

The hotel is so nice very clean and its near the nigjt market in chiayi ❤️❤️ but if you want to visit alishan scnenic railway its a bit far 2 hours away from the hotel .

The location is very convenient! It is very convenient to go to the train station, famous shops, and night markets! It is within walking distance! The hotel provides free bicycles! Also, if you arrive early, you can store your luggage! The hotel also provides a piano! Free breakfast! Although the hotel looks old inside, the room is very spacious! There is also a big bathtub 🛁! Family Mart is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!I like hotel Free breakfast , very local style .

It's a great bang for the buck place. It is very close to all the touristy places in Chiayi. Free parking in an open space parking lot about 300 meters away on the same street as the hotel. So be aware that you must walk with your luggage back to the hotel after parking. Unless you have another person wait at the hotel first with your luggage. The staff at check-in told me if I gave a positive Google review they'd give me an upgrade to my room and I did give them a positive Google review before even seeing what the room looked like. But I was very pleased with the room upon seeing it. The whole place was clean and spacious and the window in my room was big. Free breakfast with my booking as well. I like this place for the price and I will book again if have the chance. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with lots of options but don't expect it to be a feast as it's a breakfast.

The front desk staff were friendly and nice. However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops. My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, with a wide variety of options. Not only are there a variety of vegetarian options, the meat section is also very unique, such as the fragrant ribs and chicken rice, which are both unforgettable. Overall, the breakfast is not only rich, but also healthy and delicious, which is very suitable for travelers who like to try new flavors.

The accommodation comes with a simple buffet breakfast👍 The room is large, the bed is soft and the bathroom is clean. The shower head also has a large amount of water, so you don’t have to worry about competing for hot water! Worth recommending👍

I chose your hotel because Baishatunma was going on a pilgrimage. When I walked in and checked in, the aroma that hit my nose was very fragrant and relaxing, making me feel like I was on vacation abroad. Every staff member spoke very gently and reminded me of the precautions. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the overall feeling was really great. I will definitely stay here again~ There is also a sky bar on the top floor, which is really great, and the bartender is a beautiful lady 👍👍

The room is very cozy and the hot water pressure is sufficient for a comfortable shower. The soundproofing is OK. If there are other visitors in the corridor, they will hear their conversations, but visitors will not hear the sound when they enter the room. However, the breakfast is really too ”mini”, which is a bit different from the reviews of previous stays, but the rest are pretty good.
