Very nice clean room, modern, stylist. Walking distance to Terminal 21 and the beach. Shops are definitely around and close by. The staffs are very friendly. Great view! Only problem was the bathroom, though it’s very pretty. Every time you shower, there’s a pretty much swimming pool in the bathroom. Everytime you go to the toilet you need to walk pass a pond of water so your feet wet everytime you go to toilet.

We assumed there was only one building and ended up going to the wrong floor, which was particularly inconvenient since we had an elderly person with us. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Its my 4th stay here and it's gotten better every time, friendly staff that go out if their way, rooms cleaned in a hurry when asked. They added a clothes line since there are washing machines in every room. Wifi is good, only complaint is the elyptical trainer has an issue and the gyms are a bit small.

The staff at the concierge were courteous and welcoming. I would like to thank Mr. Add for helping me with all the access to different areas in the hotel and also transportation to Pattaya bus stop. He was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Khop khun mak mak kha! 🙂 Buggy service drivers were always helpful. They even showed me the way to the street I’d like to buy some street food at!

I love this hotel my second stay in it. The staff are absolutely fantastic they will go beyond to make families feel welcomed. They have a fantastic kids club with different activities daily and fish feeding. Free shuttle to terminal 21 and it’s located opposite to pattaya central. Walking 5 minutes to the beach very convenient. I will return for future stays too.

Great hotel. Staying here since 2012. It is one of the best resort hotels overall. Beach, sand, pools, etc Only 2 things are bad: walls between rooms are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors. And bathroom door jams must have rubber lines around the frame so when you shut the doors it doesn't bang so loud that the whole floor wakes up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place

We picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person. First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering. The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub. Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small. The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order. The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Staying at the Andaz gives you a feeling to stay at a real 5* hotel. Beds are comfy, service attitude is great, breakfast selection is overwhelmingly great! The beach is cleaned daily and the little things make the price and stay there worth it: suddenly a waiter comes around the beach serving drinks for free. Sunscreen is also provided and just making it perfect! The summary “Outstanding” cannot be a standard feedback on trip.com. This hotel truly deserved it. One thing to note: the location is nicely remote. Take a grab or taxi to go where some action is.

I've booked the pool villa room, everything is very nice and clean. The swimming pool is big enough to swim and doesn't have any chlorine smell. Breakfast is anytime and ready to serve in the room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very recommend for staycation!

The room is spacious, there is a good swimming pool. It is colorful and clean. Open until 10 pm. Breakfast is considered good and worth the price. There is a lot of variety. The staff is excellent, speaks well, and is attentive to customers. There is a parking lot in the shade. The hotel is clean and spacious. There are many common areas that are clean and do not smell bad. The hotel is actually on the beach, but you can't walk there. The hotel has tried to make an artificial beach. It is a white line contrasting with the blue and white seats, which looks beautiful. 

We booked 2 bedrooms pool villa and ask for adjoined building which was great for us to have bigger common space on the ground floor. The rooms was spacious modern and well-appointed with kitchenette ( capsule coffee machine, microwave, sink, big friege with a pack of ice). Our room cames with 1 living room with kitchenette,small pool and 1 restroom on the ground fl. The upper floor with 1 king size bed and 1 twin ( 2 single beds). Bed was comfy. Hotel is not big but compact which offers range of facilities, including pool on the roof,spa, fitnees, restaurant and pool bar of the main lobby bulding. Beach is only accessible by hotel baggy service. Would recommend to stay in the hotel. Not really worst to go there. Staffs were really incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast offers made to order for the main dish. Also, good selection of line buffet on side too.
