Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is quite new and very clean. What I liked the most was the breakfast—it was surprisingly grand for a hotel in this price range. One thing that could be improved is the bottled water provided in the room. They offer two small bottles and say refills are available, but the size is too small. It would be better if they provided at least four bottles. Also, the bathroom layout is a bit unusual, as you have to pass through the wet area before reaching the dry section. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel, and I had a pleasant stay.

The first room did not have hot water so I took cold shower at night. The technician could not fix the issue so I was moved to another room but it was not without a drama. There was some hair on the floor,, air con was not working, the safe deposit box was not working. About midnight I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite on level 2, overlooking the pool. Breakfast buffet was so so. Enough to feed the tummy but nothing to remember. Location is excellent, beach in front, 1-2 min walk to lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, 7-11, Tops, street vendors, laundry, ATM, etc, Big gym with many free weights and equipment but short opening hours - 7 am to 8am only.

We spent a delightful three-day New Year’s getaway on the ‘Classic’ side of the hotel. Arriving around 9:00 am, we dropped off our luggage and headed out for lunch. By 1100 am, I received a call informing us that our room was ready, showcasing the fantastic staff who communicated so promptly. The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with a Japanese theme. It boasts a spacious layout with stunning city views and a balcony featuring a table for relaxation. On our next visit, I plan to request a poolside view. The room includes a large television, extra bottles of water, and substantial wardrobes. An alarm clock is provided for convenience, and the bathtub is impressively large, with generous toiletries available. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. During your stay, take advantage of the amenities, including two small pools, a gym, and a sauna, along with a small playground for children. For those driving, free parking is provided. Breakfast was enjoyable, though quite basic. We dined on the ‘Zen’ side, where the ‘Egg Station’ is located outside the ‘Me Eatery and Bar’ restaurant. This restaurant offers various set menus and a buy one, get one free drinks deal. If time permits, Mandarin Eastville is conveniently close to the evening market, Max Pattaya Boxing World, Mini Siam Miniature Park, Pattaya Park Tower, and the Million Years Stone Park and Crocodile Farm, with several popular attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re visiting for business, pleasure, or both, Mandarin Eastville guarantees a memorable stay in Pattaya. The tranquil semi-remote location provides a pleasant escape from the busy areas of Pattaya. There is no public transportation available, but I learned that using Bolt and Grab is quite affordable. Additionally, motor taxis can be flagged down along the main road; just remember to negotiate the fare before hopping in. However, there were a couple of downsides: although the tap water gets extremely hot, regulating the hot shower proved to be a challenge. I didn’t let this bother me too much, as the water was still comfortably warm. I also had some trouble opening the balcony door, which nearly caused me to miss the fireworks countdown. Also, don't lose your keycards to avoid getting fined. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway and would definitely comeback on the next holiday.

breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!

I recently stayed at the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

The rooms were clean and nice I was on the 11th floor where they seem to put all people of color but the hallways going to the room were filthy. When I checked in the young lady that assisted me seemed to be uncomfortable waiting on people of color

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel room no 1809,with good beach view, few disappointments hot water shower was not continuous working after 10 mins, and swimming pool there is no warmer installed , water is always cold and 24th floor is always breezy and chill, but nice view water park is amazing for kids, if they install swimming pool warmer this is best place for kids and adults, very spacious room , clean and staffs are very polite and friendly, good service, location is amazing. I recommend and have would visit again.

Great hotel. Staying here since 2012. It is one of the best resort hotels overall. Beach, sand, pools, etc Only 2 things are bad: walls between rooms are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors. And bathroom door jams must have rubber lines around the frame so when you shut the doors it doesn't bang so loud that the whole floor wakes up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place

We picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person. First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering. The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub. Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small. The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order. The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Perfect accommodation experience, the front desk staff has a good service attitude, speaks good English, and patiently helps us solve problems. The hotel is very close to the beach, and it takes only a short walk to the beach. The hotel is also very close to the Ambassador town market, where there are many restaurants and horse racing. You can take the hotel or the next door hotel's car to and from.

Very good place to stay and relax, very cleans and amazing service

Except the checking staff had given a good tour of the room facilities at check in, service was an overpriced Hyatt hotel.  No one came to my room to clean up when there was no one inside from 9:15am to 4pm and their staff finally came at around 5pm on 25 Dec.  Their Christmas Eve Buffett was super overpriced at Pattaya standard (THB 4000 each adult with no drink included) and the Buffett had little selections, just give you basic 4 star Hyatt hotel selection elsewhere given the price charged.  And no one remember to send the electronic invoice after checked out.  Overall not a Hyatt franchise hotel you will repeat, plenty of other choices for the price.  Also did not see any staff at gate all the way to my room when I get off Grab ride at 11pm on 26 Dec.

Location: 7/10 The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya. Service: 8/10 The front desk staff is very helpful with a smile. The staff in the restaurant may need some more training during the breakfast time or they may be understaffed. The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Room: 9.5/10 The room size is quite spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the view is absolutely stunning. We booked 2 bedrooms pool villa and ask for adjoined building which was great for us to have bigger common space on the ground floor. The rooms was spacious modern and well-appointed with kitchenette ( capsule coffee machine, microwave, sink, big friege with a pack of ice). Our room cames with 1 living room with kitchenette,small pool and 1 restroom on the ground fl. The upper floor with 1 king size bed and 1 twin ( 2 single beds). Bed was comfy. Hotel is not big but compact which offers range of facilities, including pool on the roof,spa, fitnees, restaurant and pool bar of the main lobby bulding. Beach is only accessible by hotel baggy service. Would recommend to stay in the hotel. Not really worst to go there. Staffs were really incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast offers made to order for the main dish. Also, good selection of line buffet on side too.

Hotel was amazing! loved the 2 bedroom villa, private pool was really cool n had that privacy you’d want. Hotel breakfast was yum and the mini snack they served when checking in was also good!
