I stayed at this hotel during my trip, and it left a truly positive impression. The unique design and concept of the hotel make you feel like you're on another planet! The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail. One of the standout features for me was the dining experience. The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou. I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

A new hotel, everything is very good, with children, family travel, the environment is the most important, very comfortable. There is also an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop, which is great and the children are very happy. Also provided drinks from the mini bar

The location is unbeatable, right by the Haram. If possible, choose a room overlooking the Kaaba – it’s a unique experience. The breakfast selection is vast and incredibly tasty. Overall, a top-notch hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I was disappointed with the reception service. The reception operated at an unusually slow pace, for check-in we waited 15 min.

The stay was amazing. The fridge didn’t work, and they replaced it immediately. I wish there was a separate room for a business center instead of a desk in a public area. The prayer hall audio was okay, but it would have been better to install high-quality speakers.

The hotel’s location was excellent, centrally situated near the water and directly across from the Jeddah Fountain. My room was comfortable and featured a balcony, adding to the experience. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food with ample dining space. The gym was well-equipped and impressively spacious.

The overall satisfaction is very good. It is a hotel with a high living experience nearby. The breakfast food is rich, with many local specialties, and there is a free gym. The front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, which is suitable for business travel.

The room is very nice and clean. To be honest, the hygiene of hotels at this price is not too bad. The front desk service is really great. It was my first time in Jeddah, and I asked a lot of questions. Which restaurant is better, where is the best shopping... Ms. Moluk Alabbasi at the front desk communicated with me very patiently. I also listened to her advice and ate very delicious local Arabic food and bought cheap and beautiful clothes. The hotel is really gorgeous! It looks super grand from the outside! It is also very convenient to go to the local supermarket! I stayed in Assila later, which is really not good. Although women can swim in public places, other services are so-so. Ritz has no swimming pool or sauna. If you want a massage or something, they don't have it at the moment. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and food I will definitely stay at Ritz Carlton next time I come

The hotel environment is very good. The room in the main building is very new. The lounge on the 11th floor is also very good. This accommodation experience is very good. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Jeddah.

It was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.
