We booked a junior suite for a family of 4, my parents and my wife and we had an excellent time. The breakfast, service, location was all 10/10 Could not fault in any way, will definitely come back here God willing.

While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant. Here's a breakdown of the key points: Positives: Generally positive experience. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail. One of the standout features for me was the dining experience. The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou. I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

It was good stay with my family. Very near to the Haram and there is mall connecting to the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Clean rooms but the service was slow. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, good location. And all staff are really helpful. Breakfast also awsome there are many food local and international. Very recommended hotel if you want to perform umrah since its very close to haram you can just walk down the hotel to haram within 5 minutes only.

The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!

Although I had read some reviews mentioning negative staff attitudes, I’m so glad I didn’t let that deter me. Booking here turned out to be an excellent decision, and we had a truly enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. One instance stood out when my little boy wandered off in the hotel. A kind staff member not only ensured his safety but also kept him entertained with games and conversation. At the front desk, Danya was an absolute gem. Having stayed at many major hotel chains before, I can confidently say Danya is one of the most unforgettable individuals I’ve encountered. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication to ensuring my stay with my children was comfortable and enjoyable truly touched my heart. Her service is exceptional and deserves special recognition. Additionally, the housekeeping staff from Indonesia who works on level 2, was incredibly efficient and meticulous. He cleaned thoroughly, quickly, and always with the utmost respect. Well done, Jumeirah Makkah team! You’ve truly outdone yourselves! I pray that Allah will invite us cos I can’t wait to return🙂

Very friendly personnel, charming hotel overlooking to the sea. Great for business travellers

One of the really hotels in this particular area. Well maintained especially if you book rooms in the new building (Classic room). Breakfast was great and also all required amenities available. Will be back for the next trip as well.

Great hotel but we were late to check in and I didn't get my room until 4:40, and the second room was 5:15 unfortunately My daughter's sleeping schedule was messed up with her canine tooth and she was upset Also the fridge was broken and I asked them to fix it but no one came Other than that it's my favorite hotel because of its connection to Red Sea Mall, location, cleanliness and comfort, thank God

Very clean and new with complete facilities

The hotel has a strong smell of dampness, which is very uncomfortable. The location is average. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. It is not very convenient to get in and out.

The service is very good. Fruits will be delivered every afternoon. They will ask if other services are needed. Breakfast is mainly Arabic cuisine with Western dishes. The fruits are fresh and diverse. Blueberries, mulberries, and strawberries are all available👍, which meets the daily vitamin intake👍There is also a small shop on the first floor of the hotel, selling agarwood and perfume style local characteristics. The quality is quite good and it is open until 12 o'clock in the evening. Saudi coffee and dates are available at the front desk and lobby all day. The seaside road is right outside the door. The experience is very good. I will stay here again next time I have a chance

The room is clean and the scenery is beautiful. The buffet restaurant and breakfast on the 11th floor are rich and varied, with unique flavors. The waiters there are really nice and the driver is also very enthusiastic

Facilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic. Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.

I originally booked a smoking room. When I went to the counter, I specifically asked for a smoking room. After packing my luggage and leaving the room, I discovered that there was a no-smoking notice posted at the door. I was dumbfounded. I went to the counter and told me that I wanted to change rooms and that I had to wait. We could wait until we came back in the evening and then change rooms. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted to change rooms. They said that we should go back to the room to unpack our luggage and then call the lobby. There will be service staff to guide us to change to the smoking room. As a result, I took him to the front desk and told him that I was ready to change rooms. However, Shi Shenhai had to go to the front desk to ask. The front desk also said that they didn't know. It was really Rashomon. Maybe I speak an alien language and no one can understand it. Waiting until the morning of check-out, I called to ask what time check-out was. The counter was talking nonsense and I didn't know what time check-out was. Is it so difficult to just say what time to check out? For such a famous star-rated hotel, the reception desk is not as good as that of the small hotel next door (I stayed in a two-bedroom, two-living-and-two-bathroom hotel next door a minute's walk away last night for a cheap price, and there was no problem communicating with the front desk). I was really dumbfounded. The hotel facilities are good, but the cleanliness of the toilet and shower is not good, and the lights in the room are not bright enough. There is really a communication barrier at the counter. It’s ridiculous.

The staff were all friendly and the facilities were all good. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the water pressure was a bit weak. The food wasn't bad either. Overall, it was good^^

The facilities are good. A car is a must. The breakfast is delicious. The service is very good. It is good to enjoy various facilities.
