Best Fuji View from the room. The room was just nice to fit 2 people with 2 luggage. Hotel breakfast at level 4 also provided the best Fuji View. There are multiple selections at their Japanese buffet breakfast too. The hotel does provide complimentary access to the Onsen next to the hotel. If you drive to the Hotel, can get a complimentary parking ticket from Front Desk. Overall I have enjoyed my stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—much larger than I expected. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was really convenient. The ryokan-style bed gave a lovely traditional Japanese feel, which I absolutely loved. There's also a window-side table where you can sit and enjoy a full view of Mt. Fuji all day long. I was lucky to visit on a clear day and saw an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji—it made the trip truly unforgettable.
Breakfast was delicious with every dish. The hotel also offers a laundry room, a kids’ playroom, and a stunning Mt. Fuji view onsen—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and after check-in, there was even a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel with great service. The garden is really nice to walk around with river flowing through it. Rooftop onsen in the evening as the sun sets is the highlight of the trip. The drum performance at night followed by bingo game was really captivating. Shoutout to Yumi who guided us to our room and explained all the hotel amenities and services. Food is extensive though taste wise in find not as tasty as what was offered in Tokyo. Tips: wake up early to take pic of Mt Fuji as I noticed by 11am the mountain was already hiding within the mist.
My second stay with them in 2 years! Once you arrive at Kawaguchiko station, head to tourist information centre to get them to call the ryokan to pick you up. The ride is 5mins! The walk itself is about 10mins but hilly. You wouldnt want to do that with luggages in tow.
The room is very clean and has great view of Lake Kawaguchiko. Our stay came with breakfast and dinner. Dinner was great! Most items were delicious. Breakfast is buffet style and pretty average.
Their private and female onsen have views of mt Fuji!
I was quite worried because some of the recent reviews were disappointing, but although there were quite a lot of people, we didn't have to queue for meals, and we were able to relax in the hot springs, which became a very fond memory. The kids also had a lot of fun with the playground equipment in the basement and said they wanted to go back again. However, there was a bit of a queue after we finished eating, so I think it might be better to dine earlier. The food was very delicious. It's a very good inn and I recommend it.
Ideal holiday home. The staff is very friendly and familiar with using translation software to communicate. They can handle my poor English calmly.
Good impression 1. Because the luggage is too big to be stored at Kawaguchiko Station, and the weather is bad that day, I went to check in early. The staff started to say that early check-in may incur some fees and I have to ask the person in charge. Finally, they told me that early check-in does have to be charged, but this time it is free. I think it is because the weather is really bad, and the hotel gave understanding.
Good impression 2. When leaving, because it was snowing, the reserved taxi was full. The hotel took the initiative to send us to the station the next day, and finally did not charge any fees.
Good impression 3. The whole atmosphere and environment are really good, especially when it snows again. It is simply a forest fairy tale house. You can also cook. There is a mall with enough ingredients for a 15-minute walk. We cooked dinner for two days.
It is more convenient to take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel, and it is not realistic to walk. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi. About 100 yuan? The transportation is not too convenient. But fortunately, you can ask the staff to call a taxi for you.
The last suggestion is that the bathroom floor and disposable slippers are not suitable. It is easy to slip when there is water. I fell twice... In addition, it would be great if there is a simple skin care bag!
My husband and children are very satisfied with the hotel we booked in Mount Fuji this time. It is worth recommending.
It’s really a fantastic stay!
We, a family of four from Malaysia, enjoy every single service from this hotel🥰
Staff, food, accommodation, facilities and of course the hot spring bath♨️ and unforgettable views of Mount Fuji 🗻
We very much appreciate and would like to come again😊😊
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor onsen, which was both relaxing and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
It's about 10 minutes' walk from the 16th station of the red line. If you have a lot of luggage, it will be a bit tiring. We only have one backpack each, so we don't care about this distance. The room facilities are very new, with its own winery and supermarket. The decoration style and facilities are what I like. The breakfast and welcome snacks are really amazing. The service staff are very warm and enthusiastic. When I checked in, the waitress who received me was very patient to answer my travel questions and showed me the hotel facilities and things I need to know. It should be said that this is a satisfactory hotel. P.S. The sound insulation is also very good, which is my rigid need every time I stay in a hotel!
Facilities: The room is very large. You can take a bath directly in the hotel. There is a kitchen in the room. You can borrow pots from the front desk. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and fireplace. The room also has floor heating. It is beyond expectations.
Hygiene: very clean
Environment: The hotel is very large, with guest rooms, villas, and a spa building. The one I stayed in is considered a resort, with one building and guest rooms next door and on the second floor. The restaurant is in the main building, check-in is also in the main building, and there is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. Hotel interior was beautiful and pictures can’t do justice to how amazing the views of Mt. Fuji were. Service was incredible and the in room dinner was amazing. Would definitely come back for another stay.

PPurple castle in the skyThe location was scenic as we could see both the lake and Mount Fuji clearly. The private Onsen had amazing view!
Service was excellent and buffet was great with lots of choices. The steak was very nice!
Would recommend this hotel as had a lovely time!

吃吃喝玩樂我至叻First luxury camping experience, highly recommended!
Complete facilities, including open-air bath and sauna.
The ingredients for breakfast and dinner are sufficient, but the quality of the meat is average.
We purchased additional ingredients at a nearby supermarket.
Camping in the Martian sky at night is a good experience for children!
In addition, the campground is very close to the famous scenic spot of Lake Yamanaka, and it only takes about ten minutes to drive~
Pay to check in early and enjoy the sunset~
Will come again if I have the chance!
WWei Shien ChangThe overall experience was pretty good some of the minor points for improvement:
(1) hotel offers activities and most required reservation ahead of time (2-3days) which was not shared or communicated thus we were unable to participate during our stay
(2) the restaurant seats were arranged with little clues though we went early we were not arranged into the place could see views
(3) we forgot a coat at the hotel and was not aware until checkout the hotel has yet contacted us till now
