My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

amazing location, very friendly staff. swimming pool was unfortunately too cold and not very clean. the water not transparent and we were afraid to get a stomach ache if swallow some of this water. Swimming pool really disappointing experience. Very nice, rich, and diverse breakfast.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

a famous brand with certain confidence in the quality. not bad to ride share-bike to the hotel from public transport stops. booked the package with seafood buffet hotpot dinner, which was good as expected with unlimited hairy crabs, beer & wine provided. the night view of my room of the river was excellent.

Hotel is quite dated, old carpets, musty/mildew smell. Surprised at the 5 star rating from other users....maybe 20 years ago? Good enough for the price, I suppose. Staff was professional, not very friendly though. Perhaps they don't speak much English. I probably wouldn't stay there again because of the heavy smell.

Travel back in time Booking the Victoria room in the museum wing was the best decision and the best offer money wise (compared with the same retro hotels in Hongkong, for example, where room rate may start from 3000 yuan) The atmosphere was truly vintage, the decor and furniture, accessories and overall aesthetic was astonishing. The room was equipped with anything one may imagine, including a capsule coffee machine. High ceilings, cozy rooms, balcony and authentic wooden door and original parquet. The bed itself was out of a fairy tale, with the four stands and canopy. The service was outstanding The package contained even a brief photo session, while the make up was performed by the artist in the full version The location is excellent except it was not easy to find any restaurants close-by. Breakfast was great, including milky oatmeal and perfect coffee. Historical museum in the basement floor is providing essential and interesting information about the Hotel’s history, must visit. The most fabulous part of the hotel complex is the historic wing, with the former lobby, O’hara bar , the oldest elevator in China installed by OTIS, and suits upstairs.

The service at the business hotel is very good. Ge Rui and Chen Yingmiao at the front desk upgraded the room type, assisted in issuing the invoice, and personally led us to the room, which was very efficient. When checking in, I muttered to my colleague, ”The weather in the north is so dry. I forgot to bring moisturizer. It was a mistake.” Then when I got to the room after dinner, I saw the Yanyuan customized moisturizer (Tianjin hotels do not actively provide disposable products). This is the best service I have encountered in so many business trips to the north, so I specially wrote down the name, it must be 5 Star!

Facilities: The rooms are spacious and the hotel is well equipped Hygiene: The rooms are clean and tidy, and the cleaning is timely and careful Environment: The environment is beautiful and elegant, and there is a small lake in front of the hotel Service: The front desk and restaurant staff provide professional, thoughtful and meticulous service, and also prepare fruits and snacks in the evening The breakfast is very rich and tastes good, and the seafood buffet in the evening is economical and suitable for all ages. In short, this stay at the Airport Baiyun Hotel is a very perfect and warm experience!

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and they remind you of the check-in details in time. The hotel is easy to find, with convenient transportation and a very distinctive building appearance. I am very satisfied with this stay and will stay again next time.
