I rarely leave bad reviews, but I simply can't write a good one for this hotel. First off, what they call a 'deluxe room' was incredibly noisy because it faced the street and had old windows. I could clearly hear cars at night and the prayer call at 5 AM, making it impossible to get any decent rest. Secondly, all the bed linens and duvet covers in the room were damp, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. I had to spend 20 minutes ironing the bedding every night before bed just to make it a little more tolerable. I brought these issues to the front desk, but received no real response; they just told me to turn on the air conditioning, which was completely useless. As for service, everyone in the concierge, at breakfast, and in the Indian restaurant was excellent. However, one specific staff member at the front desk, who wore glasses, maintained a serious expression throughout my entire stay. Having stayed at Radisson hotels in many countries, this is by far the worst, without exception. In short, if you care about the quality of your accommodation and service, I do not recommend this hotel. The highlight is that the Indian restaurant is good, and while the breakfast selection is small, it's quite refined. If your priority is the restaurant and you don't mind other aspects, you could give this place a try. Oh, and by the way, I found two hairs on my bed (on the sheets after opening the duvet). I have no idea whose they were, and it made me wonder if the sheets hadn't been changed.
