I sincerely hope that the rooms in the accommodation will undergo necessary upgrades to enhance their comfort and functionality. Additionally, I would like to request that the issues concerning the water shower heating and water pressure be promptly addressed and resolved. Ensuring that these facilities are in proper working condition is crucial for the overall satisfaction and well-being of the guests.

It’s was a great experience staying in canyon located in lemery batangas, but in my room there’s a lot of incomplete toiletries but the location is perfect and perfect view that we loved that.

It’s a good place. Its just that the room assigned to us was so high (too much stairs 😅 to take) The pools are great too. I think they have 3 or 4. And there’s a restaurant too. The downside was that the room i booked was with balcony, but when we get there, there’s no balcony.

We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it.

Great experience overall! 👍 The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to meet our needs. However, with only a few staff at the front desk, it led to delays in check-in for many guests. Maybe consider increasing the front desk team? 🤝 we booked 3 rooms and nakapagcheck in past 3pm. be considerate and patient kulang lang sila sa from t desk  The view, ambiance, pool, and branch area were all 10/10! 🌳🌴 The cleanliness was impressive, and the multiple showers were a plus. 💦 One suggestion: a facility upgrade would be great. Some parts still feel like they're stuck in the 90s 😂. Considering the price, it's understandable. For food, I'd love to see more options and hopefully not too pricey

Breakfast is ok. My room os beside the highway. So its kinda loud you can hear the speedingg vehicles from the room. Bed is soft and comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel is new and smells fresh.

We took bus to Bantagas then transferred by Jeepny and motorbike. There’s a long way stairs down to the room and lobby. The view was awesome and the staff were nice. Of course the room is clean and has a beautiful balcony. Free snorkeling but if have to rent a shoes if you need, 150 pesos for one pair. You might need to wait some time if you order in the restaurant. However the food there were all delicious.

The newly renovated hotel is almost done as there's still ongoing repair works from 8am-5pm. Accessibility and parking are great. Staff are friendly, approachable and accommodating. Facilities are simple and manageable . Restaurants inside and nearby the hotel. Room doors a little bit heavy and hard to open. Room rates maybe considered pricey as to what ot has to offer. Few selections of food serves at the buffet maybe because it's Holy Week. The buffet was serves in a closed air-conditioned room which is nice however, even as we know that the establishment is a pet friendly hotel, eating with the animals/pets together all at the same place may find it uncomfortable and uneasy for other guests. Most pet friendly establishment and restaurants allows the pet owners and their pets to eat together but on an open place as animal hairs and others may flew to the food especially it's a buffet. There's an open veranda adjacent to the closed air-conditioned buffet where the management can consider to let pet owners and their pets to eat together, with due respect and consideration to all guest and not to offend pet lovers just like us. Likewise in a good number of hotels, pets and pet owners are not allowed to sleep in the same room as other guests in the future to use the same room may have allergies making the stay not as comfortable and enjoyable as we expect.
