Really great stay. Can host foreigners. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, loved having the free self serve laundry which was clean and easy to use and provided soap power as well Breakfast was great. Had read other reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Someone commented about the lack of western food - not sure why you would travel to China and want/expect that!? Yes, a very Chinese breakfast which we enjoyed, a good selection and filled us for the day. Room was well stocked (but no coffee if you can't live without bring your own). Would definitely stay again if we came back.

The room is small in size and clean and tidy. The parent-child room I booked has a double bed and a single bed, which is especially suitable for a family of three. Toiletries come in large bottles and are of good quality. Breakfast is an absolute plus for this hotel. Cold side dishes, haggis soup, fried buns, and ramen are all great! Not inferior to international five stars. Although the breakfast area is not large, everything is of good quality. Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

Family room is so spacious and cute with spongebob and soccer theme. It is value for money, with impeccable services provided by the front office ladies. They are so patient in answering our queries and even helped us to book local tour. The location is fantastic with the drum tower shopping area on the left and night market on the right, all within walking distances. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm back. Thank you ladies for being so gracious and smiley all the time!😊😇

The room price is very suitable recently, the breakfast is also OK, the front desk Xiao Wan is very enthusiastic and helped with the upgrade. The scenery to the north is really good. I stayed for one night because of the tight schedule. I will stay here again next time I come to Yinchuan!

The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

The experience of staying in this hotel is really good. The lobby on the first floor is magnificent and grand. The front desk check-in is fast. The customer service is very enthusiastic. Before I arrived, they added WeChat to send me travel tips and food recommendations. Seeing that I was bringing my children, I applied for a breakfast with the manager. The manager took the initiative to send children slippers, toothbrushes, and welcome fruits. It is worth praising that there are many breakfasts, and the desserts, cakes, and mugwort noodles that children love are also good. There are quite a lot of varieties. I recommend it to friends who are on business trips. The overall design of the room is relatively reasonable. The space under the clothes hanger is just right for an open suitcase. It is convenient to take things without bending over and taking up space. The shower and toilet are separated separately, which is relatively convenient for us two adults and two children. I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

We arranged a northwest-facing corner room with a view of the Helan Mountains. The bathroom has double sinks and a dressing table. The shower water pressure is high and the water temperature is high, which is very healing for winter travel. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and you can taste local specialties such as sand onion egg rolls, mutton soup, and wolfberry jam. The gym has a lot of equipment, and the staff are attentive and take the initiative to introduce the location of drinking water and towels.

Certainly lives up to its billing as a 4 star hotel, with all the bells and whistles. Big room, super comfortable bed, ample cupboard and bench space, a coffee table and sofa chair. Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. Railway station can be seen from the hotel, 10 minutes walk.
