The service attitude of the hotel staff is excellent. From the reception at check-in to room service, they are very warm and professional, making you feel extra comfortable. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the facilities in the room, making my stay very comfortable and convenient. In addition, the hotel's catering is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other travelers!

Really great stay. Can host foreigners. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, loved having the free self serve laundry which was clean and easy to use and provided soap power as well Breakfast was great. Had read other reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Someone commented about the lack of western food - not sure why you would travel to China and want/expect that!? Yes, a very Chinese breakfast which we enjoyed, a good selection and filled us for the day. Room was well stocked (but no coffee if you can't live without bring your own). Would definitely stay again if we came back.

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

Family room is so spacious and cute with spongebob and soccer theme. It is value for money, with impeccable services provided by the front office ladies. They are so patient in answering our queries and even helped us to book local tour. The location is fantastic with the drum tower shopping area on the left and night market on the right, all within walking distances. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm back. Thank you ladies for being so gracious and smiley all the time!😊😇

When we travel and book hotels, my wife is used to looking at bad reviews of hotels. This hotel is not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms are old after ten years of renovation. My wife and I don’t feel the oldness of the room. Instead, we feel that the decoration facilities are relatively new! The shower head has a large water flow and is easy to use! I like her hotel. It’s just that the water flow of the wash basin is not smooth.

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

The experience of staying in this hotel is really good. The lobby on the first floor is magnificent and grand. The front desk check-in is fast. The customer service is very enthusiastic. Before I arrived, they added WeChat to send me travel tips and food recommendations. Seeing that I was bringing my children, I applied for a breakfast with the manager. The manager took the initiative to send children slippers, toothbrushes, and welcome fruits. It is worth praising that there are many breakfasts, and the desserts, cakes, and mugwort noodles that children love are also good. There are quite a lot of varieties. I recommend it to friends who are on business trips. The overall design of the room is relatively reasonable. The space under the clothes hanger is just right for an open suitcase. It is convenient to take things without bending over and taking up space. The shower and toilet are separated separately, which is relatively convenient for us two adults and two children. We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.
