Went for my grandma's birthday dinner on 1 st Nov '24.We received exceptional service from the restuarant manager Mr.Deshraj and team.They made it a very special and rememberable moment for us.All the servers and managers sang for her and related her mood.The hospitality was very warm and welcoming as expected from Taj group.I wish the team all the very best and keep up the fantastic work!!!!

Comfortable rooms with spotlessly clean , habit of quick response,near to railway station, perfect place to stay.food is delicious and has many options. Nice hospitality, excellent experience,staff is very cooperative, very clean bathrooms.i recommend opting for the room with the breakfast.overall I loved my stay.

The hotel's environment in the province is okay, the breakfast is more generous, and the coffee is not good. But the price is relatively high, but some hotels in Bhubaneswar are booked at this price. My Indian friends stayed here for only 400 yuan a night, and felt that the hotel price fluctuated too much.

Stayed for one night at regenta central. I didn't expect such a wonderful stay. I have booked a hotel randomly through mmt. Since arrival you feel special. The building looks fresh and clean. It's facing the sea. On arrival the bell boy took the luggage. At reception, i was welcomed with fresh water and check in was quick. The room is small, but the space is utilised very well. Bed is adequate size and good quality matters and linen. Ac is great. Sufficient drinking water is available. The bathroom is really good. Well lighted, ultra clean, no smell, nice water pressure, hot water 24 hr, drains are clear (many times it doesn't work in 5 star property) all the toiletries are available, you don't need to carry anything. Recently in one of 5 star property, there was no accessories in the bathroom. The best part is the service, the reception is always pick up calls and attending with compassion. The housekeeping team is lovely. Anything i need was available in minutes. The sleep was very undisturbed and noise was very minimal. Restaurant is great. Overall i found very smiley, willing to take care of guests attitude of the staff.

The hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.

The property is relatively new. The rooms are well appointed. Bed linen was spotless. The service staff was new and little clueless. Hotel is located on the Grand Road which is around 1.5 kms from Lord Jagannath Temple. The breakfast was not for me. Overall a good hotel at a great location.

Probably this young hotel management graduate is currently the best asset possessed by Hotel Golden Tree, Puri. Outstanding service: The in-house service of Hotel Golden Tree, Puri can be best described with only one English word – OUTSTANDING. Lovely ambience: With a very large reception area consisting of soft & comfortable sofas and centralized air conditioning system, Hotel Golden Tree, Puri has a spacious lounge where easily 20 guests can wait and sit during check-in and check-out ***** with their luggage. Yes, this hotel still has a fully working hands-free sanitizing system installed right next to the main entrance door. Delicious food: The in-house well decorated, clean and air-conditioned restaurant offers a wide spectrum of delicious food items from across the country both during the complimentary buffet breakfast (worth mentioning that the buffet breakfast has a well thought of cyclic menu for different days of the week) as well as during the other time of the day. The quantity of food per portion in the à la carte menu needs to be increased by at least 30% so as to match up with the high price tag, which, we’re sure the hotel authority will make a note of this point after reading this review. Excellent rooms / amenities: All the rooms in this hotel are equipped with a soft memory foam spring mattress king size bed with four soft foam pillows (you may ask for more which they will readily provide) and two cushions and a soft blanket with white linen cover. Other complimentary guest supplies in the rooms include – a) 2 packaged mineral water bottles & 2 Reverse Osmosis purified water bottles per day. b) electric kettle with enough amount of tea/coffee/sugar/sugar free sachets (more will be provided if needed). c) 2 glass tumblers, 2 cups with a number of wooden stirring sticks. d) a cookie jar which is refilled on a daily basis. e) a box full of face tissues. f) a Godrej safety locker with customizable combination numerical locking system. g) a large LED television with working cable connection. h) a working mini refrigerator. i) a large wardrobe with 4 hangers and a laundry bag (they provide you with same day in-house laundering service). j) intercom and free Wi-Fi facility. k) a scribbling pad with a pencil. l) 3 electrical charging points with 3-pin 16 & 6 ampere socket options. The washroom amenities / complimentary guest supplies include: a) a non-removable corded electric hair drier. b) 2 large bath towels and one face / hand towel. c) a bottle of hand wash d) toilet roll e

Well, the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The staff was rude. Food orders took more than a month to be served, lack of staff was evident. Surprisingly, they wanted to throw us out to 18th March 2023 even after having booked the hotel until 19th March 2023. It was little surprising. It was clearly understood that their intention was to con us. I guess that is how they cheat people to make extra money. The rooms were very small and it was untidy. The bedding in both the rooms were smelled like rotten fish. We had literally beg them to have it changed. This whole exercise took approximately 12 hrs. The rooms also had cockroaches resting on the bed and admiring the beautiful 🕸️ spider’s web . I have the images in case you need them. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with my family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don’t go for it even if you get it for free. If you don’t want to ruin your holidays / trip avoid staying in this property.

The Hotel was impeccably clean and well appointed. service, cleanliness and behaviour of staff is all very good. Everyone was very helpful. the pool is neat and clean. beach is easily accessible. However, the only negative is the food. the food is extremely costly and the taste is not good. compared to price, food is not tasty at all. the pricing is absurd and with a motive of profiteering. One Roti/chapati costs 75/- rupees whereas it is not worth 5/- rupees. similarly rice is 325/-. Even in 5 stars rice is not 325/-. Otherwise everything was good.

The hotel is located outside the main market area of the city. However, it is on the sambalpur-rourkela highway. The hotel rooms are spacious and have amenities like swimming pool, parking etc. It has a lot of open space. The hotel badly needs renovation and internal painting. Bathroom is not at all good. It is very simple and doesn't match with standard. Food is okay. The breakfast is dominated by south indian menu. Hotel staffs are okay, they need to be a bit more professional.

Excellent well designed rooms with great in-house dining facilities makes this one of the best places to stay in Sambalpur. They also have limited free parking and for those arriving by train, the proximity to the railway station is a huge plus. We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms are not big, but they are cosy and comfortable. The service is excellent - we had a 4 am start the next day and the staff even gave us a packed breakfast at 3:30 am in the morning. The bar on the top floor is quite nice too and a great place to chill out in the evening. The hotel is also only about half an hour away from Gandhi Minar by car.

Amenities in the hotel is excellent. One vegetarian resturant is attached to the hotel n the food and services are very very good. However, you are agency charging higher rentals then prevailing at hotel. Please desist from such unethical business codes.

I I liked the restaurant so much the ambiance is cool staffs are really good and the taste of food they serve us is mouth-watering and I recommend atleast once visit the hotel and one of their staff named Abdul is very nice and good😊.

Property's location - was really good in between the market location for working. Food - also average. Not so good or not so bad. Hygiene & safety standards - also average, not up to the mark. Room - wall color was so old & breakage. Not good. As per cost of the room for one day is very high from make my trip. They are directly offering their room to direct customers at hotel @ rs. 1000 - + g. S. T. Extra. But i booked it from mm t so i got total amount nearly @ rs. 1800 - )inclu. Gst) this is not good mm t you are also cheating with your own customers at the pricing of hotels. Please check the hotel by your own eyes then set the price of hotel rooms;

I had gone for an assignment to Sambalpur and the institute booked me this hotel. I was skeptical when I saw the photos but believe you me I was really surprised seeing the quality of rooms & special mention of the food quality and taste. The only improvement they need is the breakfast spread rest everything is awesome. They have an in-house spa, I used the services but it is below average and expensive for the service they offer. The hotel was superb, I stayed in 311 and my room was amazing and I had a very good experience. Recommended
