No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

Every time we visit Cirebon, we choose Swiss-Belhotel over other hotels in the same category. As Western travelers, we have always appreciated the more international-style breakfast compared to other hotels in Cirebon. However, during our last stay in May 2026, we were disappointed with the breakfast experience. Even though it was only around 8:30–9:00 AM, many of the buffet dishes were already empty and were not replenished promptly. This was unexpected and did not meet the standard we had experienced during previous visits. On a positive note, the cappuccino was still very good, and the young lady serving us was attentive, caring, and provided excellent service. Her friendliness and professionalism were appreciated. We hope the hotel can improve its breakfast management, as we would like to continue choosing Swiss-Belhotel whenever we visit Cirebon.

We had a very comfortable stay at Truntum Cihampelas. I wpuld like to extend my appreciation to Dessi at the front desk for decorating the room. Staffs are very friendly. The breakfast has everything from local to weatern and the sago and banana dessert was so good. There is also jamu and drinks. All good. Recommended hotel.

Our honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for. 1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!) Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete. 2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 3. Facilities & Dining The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality. 4. Location Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton. Verdict: If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is very cozy, with a pleasant scent that made the atmosphere even more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was also excellent—every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared. It definitely added to the overall great experience. We would especially like to commend one staff member ALDI RUSTANDI who stood out during our stay. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

strategic location, near a lot of delicious food from early morning untill midnight. suitable for families and couple who love to eat

Very clean, spacious room, big parking space, very strategic place. Go everywhere in less than 10 minutes, 15 minutes max. Wide varieties of food during breakfast. Overall very nice in its price range.

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B

This hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. Despite the beautiful and clean pool, there's also a new and great playground right next to it. The room was clean, and the welcome snack included treats and fruit. Plus, they have a bubble party every weekend and a ton of kids' activities. After the bubble foam party, the hotel staff even knocked on our door to give our kids decorated cookies that said ”Happy Staycation.” So thoughtful. We will definitely be back :)
