I stayed here for business for 3 months. It a clean and friendly hotel. It is very central therefore easy to walk anywhere in Lille from it. The staff are so friendly and are always keen to help. I always felt it as an oasis of calm .. despite any chaos outside .. rugby World Cup & braderie.. I would walk in the doors to calm & peace. The gym was basic but adequate for my needs and again I enjoyed the calm of it. I would recommend it whole heartedly and will miss it.

The point is that you should publicize it in advance, instead of annoucing ”all children are welcome”but when children come, you start to say ” no, you are not welcome”.

A pleasant and smile home, a quite clean room only a small problem having had the room for a period of canicule lack of air, it was too hot or it had a pleasant stay close to any shops.

In the school area, it is relatively safe. However, the location is relatively biased and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel's internal facilities are very good, clean and warm, breakfast is also very good, is the general foreigner to eat. The hotel reception is super nice, five stars!

Nice appart hotel with comfortable bed. It was clean and comfortable, with a good size of bed. They had a kettle but it would be nice to have a tea or coffee sachet also, as for two nights we had to buy a whole pack of coffee or tea. Also it was difficult to park at the nearby roads and in general in Amiens. Also it was around 20 minutes walk from the city center.

I checked in late at 1030pm and was redirect to another hotel abt 6m walk away to check-in. I was told to find my wifi pw in the room. After I checked-in, I cannot find the pw in the whole premises including reception. I also found 2 smelly uaed towels in the locker. I need to walk back to the other hotel n ask for it again. This time round, the guy told me he dont know. He said he had asked in the group chat, and no one replied to him. I was mingled with this for 2hrs standing at their counter, waiting for his reply till 12+ am. Their WIFI is generated by their system, each having a different ID and pw. The room is at basement so I basically can not receive any network n I do not have WIFI. I cannot finish my work and need to leave the next morning. I only get a reply from them 2 days after i check out, this is hilarious. I will never never patronize this hotel, including any of Accors anymore. Their service staff seriously need more training. This the FIRST hotel I went that does not provide WIFI in the last decade.

We arrived and were upgraded to a studio which had a double bed and single bed in the main bedroom and a double sofa bed in the other room. It also had self catering facilities. The hotel has a very good bar, selling 3 different beers on tap, one being 8.5 % volume! It also had a good selection of spirits. Buffet breakfast is €11 each and was well worth the money. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the sweet man who worked in the kitchen providing a wonderful breakfast. So happy and kept everything topped up. All in all a lovely hotel which I would thoroughly recommend, especially if you are going to the Stade Pierre Mauroy for a game or going into Lille City Centre as there is a Metro station (Cite Scienfifique) which is only 15 minutes walk away.

While being promised that action will be taken, I am not entirely convinced so will leave it up to you to decide whether or not you want to stay here... My children and I were covered in approx 50 bed bug bites each. All down our arms and legs and on my daughter's face. We did not realise until later in the afternoon, but the psychological trauma of the thought of bed bugs crawling all over us while we slept has been terrible. Disgusting and made us feel sick. Our bites were painful and will take weeks to heal. In the height of summer, we had to cover up our arms and not tell anyone we had bed bugs bites because of the embarrassment that would cause us. I washed everything and ourselves as soon as we got home, and spent sleepless nights with a magnifying glass looking for bugs. I bought mattress encasements for our beds and sprayed insecticide, hoovered everything in all creases and folds on the mattresses and beds. Like a woman paranoid of bed bugs being brought home from France. The response from the hotel when I informed them was basically 1. well no one else has complained, 2. but they will attend to it and 3. bed bugs can appear in clean hotels so it is not a sign if uncleanliness. You decide if you want to stay here. I think any bad reviews are removed. The reviews I did manage to find are quite old, 2018 and 2019, which also mentioned bed bugs. Should have read those before I booked as it has obviously been a problem for the hotel for a while. Shame as the rooms were well laid out and it was quiet. But there is no care and attention to cleanliness apart from a quick change of sheets and towels. The sofa bed was broken too. We certainly will not be staying there again.

We stayed for 2 nights in September 23 for the rugby World Cup. Firstly as you enter the reception area, which is just a desk and a lift, the stench from the bin room was unbearable. To get to the room on the 6th floor we had to walk down a graffiti covered corridor (not sure if it's meant to be art?). The room itself was big enough but felt more like 'student digs' than a hotel room. The toilet was separate from the shower room & had no soap or towel rail, just a small sink with a towel actually in the sink. The shower head was floppy meaning it had to be held onto. But the worst part of it was, after paying €400 for 2 nights, the room was not cleaned! When we asked why the room wasn't cleaned, we were told they are only cleaned once a week! I have never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed in before and I'm shocked at the poor service. Needless to say I will never use tulip inns again.

We stayed here very recently, unfortunately by way of oversight I'd got the date of the stay wrong and we arrived 24 hours too early. Fortunately, we were in luck and were able to stay, Marine organised the cleaners in double quick time and within an hour of our early arrival we were able to occupy the flat. The flat is very smart, clean and modern with all the leisure and cooking facilities you will need. We were particularly impressed by the bedside table lamps! The flat is easily accessed and in a great location, a very short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
