Clean new apartments, so new that construction dust still settles on the floor. Comfortable beds, electric blinds on the windows. Everything is very clean and nice in the bathroom. Of the minuses: the coffee at breakfast is terrible, the guy at the reception is not very friendly, breakfast is a croissant, jam and coffee / tea. In general, the sights are not far away, it is convenient that the bus to the airport is nearby and all the taxis are right there. Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, although before and after this in Rome and in the same Naples we were everywhere.

I spent four days at the end of the year and the beginning of the year here. It faces the main street in front of Naples Central Station and is convenient to go anywhere. I am in the corner of the building where several B&Bs are located. It is a mast to inform the arrival time in advance because the staff is not stationed. The staff is very friendly. ”Eat that” and ”eat this” and mother condition 😙 room is clean and interior is nice. I received a nice souvenir when I checked out.

The entrance is in a similar community and is not on the main road, so you have to look for the doorbell. It should open automatically when you press it. This is quite good because key locks in Europe are sometimes difficult to open. It is extremely safe, which is indeed a big concern. However, the security in Sorrento is good, so the risk is still high. Controllable The service staff always answers your questions and greets you with a smile. If you don’t have a phone, you can use WhatsApp to ask questions. There is no elevator. Please be careful! Some of the chair covers and facilities are very old, and there was a problem with the counter, but they can only send them for cleaning and have no plans to replace them with new ones. The portion for breakfast is not large. One tomato is about two small tomatoes (he will cut it in half to make 4 small tomatoes). If you are not full, you can order more, but don’t waste food. The water heater is very mysterious. One night, after waiting for 20 minutes, it still didn't fill up. I had to take a bath afterwards.

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

This little hotel was practically perfect - looked not great from the outside but once inside it was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The check in process was quick and my room was ready slightly early so I could settle right in. The room was spacious, good air conditioning and in a small side annex with a few other rooms - a common room was available as well as coffee, tea or water. I was poorly during my stay so the peace and quiet and ability to return to the room and sleep inbetween sight seeing was invaluable. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate and an exact time had to be provided as the room was small so you had to rotate. It felt like a home from home and having been travelling for 7 weeks was one of my favourite hotels of the trip!

I stayed with my family, the BB is comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent location near the station, the metro and the centre. Friendly staff available for every request. Structure recently renovated, everything new. Highly recommended………

We really liked this place. It was clean, comfortable, and they gave us the large, beautiful room next to the reception desk. When we booked on *******, we thought it was a hotel. But it is actually more like a guesthouse or B&B. We never saw anyone at the front desk, and we learned when our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook and land in Naples after 10 pm, that there was a fee for late check-in. We were super grateful for Fabio who picked us up from the airport (for less than the cost of a taxi) and checked us in. We were able to communicate our needs through WhatsApp. The rooms live behind a fortress, gates and doors, with a small rickety-feeling elevator, otherwise one has to climb about 4 flights of stairs to get up there. They gave us a set of several keys with which to get in and out of the building. We were brought a typical Italian petit dejeuner daily, good coffee and a pastry. It is close to the metro, has some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Savoy Riviera was super Neopolitan! It is a good place for the price. For those who can manage the flexibility of a guesthouse with no front desk vs a hotel, I highly recommend it.

My husband and I had an amazing 2 night stay at Palazzo Vitagliano for our European honeymoon! The location was perfect.. sea front facing the Amalfi port and close to the public beach, all the restaurants, shops and cathedral. We came in July which is a very busy month, but given the location we felt that we were able to avoid much of the crowds, avoided a lot of stairs and we were able to take the ferry to Positano so easily. The b&b was great! It was newly renovated, clean and had the great view of the ocean. They even had an honesty bar in the shared public space which added a nice touch to the place. The staff are friendly and our host was always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved our room and the amenities that came with it (espresso machine, fridge, bath tub) . Overall, we highly recommend this gem of a b&b!

Scaramantico Rooms is located in via Silvio Spaventa 9. Literally 3 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale train station and in front of the Garibaldi metro station. Antonio and Guglielmo follow you kindly and professionally from the minute you contact them for information or reservations until the goodbyes at check out. They are two nice and helpful guys. The structure is very cute, it has 4 rooms and each of them has the name of a Neapolitan card suit. Each room has its own bathroom, minibar, air conditioning. There is no 24-hour reception but the guys are always reachable and generous with solutions and advice. Breakfast is included but is not done on site: you move a few blocks down to a partner bar. Highly recommended!

We stayed at HG boutique hotel Toledo with 2 persons in the end of June 2022. The check in went smooth and was at a separate reception location, about 10 min walk from the actual hotel. They offered to bring us to the hotel by car, but we chose to walk. The hotel was located in the middle of the city centre, which was very nice! The room was clean, with a nice big bathroom and balcony overlooking the centre. Check out was very easy, as we only had to leave the keys in a basket. Overall we were very happy with the experience staying at HG boutique hotel Toledo!

Located in a prime area of Sorrento, our room balcony overlooked the Corso Italia, one of the main (pedestrian) streets. Vehicles are not permitted in this area except for deliveries. The entrance to the hotel is located on a street that parallels the main street and one must walk along a connecting alley/street to get to that street, once oriented it was very easy--our phone map directions tried to put us in front of the hotel, not recognizing that the entrance was in the 'back.' The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our room which was adequate size. Those choosing to stay at this hotel should expect to walk steps inside the hotel since the elevator is very small and is generally only used for luggage, although I assume a person is allowed to use it during reception hours, we did not. The elevator is not able to be used when the reception desk is closed. We did not purchase breakfast, but there are at least two choices for early risers within a block of the hotel. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were excellent. Being centrally located makes it an ideal place to stay. The Receptionist, Biagio was one of a kind, very helpful and friendly. First day he gave us all the feedback about Napoli. He helped us with transportation, dinner reservation, breakfast...whatever you can think of. From Agra Suites you can walk nearly everywhere in Napoli. In hotel we have seen all of the rooms because we were 3 families traveling together. Suite room was excellent, with a bathtub in it. Deluxe Suite rooms are big, well decorated. They have a small private terrace too. Standart rooms are cozy, you have everything you need. You get what you pay for. Beds were very comfortable. Non of us had any sleeping issues.

I think this shop is very good, but there are not many reviews, so I was quite worried at first. It is true that there are more black people near the railway station, but they have not affected others at all, and there is no problem. It may be difficult to find at the beginning. It is on the second floor after the entrance, but the decoration equipment inside is very new and beautiful. The reception is very good. There will be a map to explain to you where the hot spots are and how to go. Because we were going to the airport at 8 o'clock, we couldn't have breakfast, and we packed breakfast in the room one night in advance. Very sweet!

May 11th-18th What a fabulous time we had staying at Melrose apartments. Having been to Sorrento previously and stayed in a hotel Melrose was like a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by the host who kept in touch with us once we had landed at the airport and was waiting for us when we arrived. We were greeted by the loveliest of ladies, who was Polite, knowledgeable and was willing to help with suggestions when asked. The apartment was perfect, clean, the shower was amazing and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to your room at your convenience and time every morning. You could WhatsApp and amendments to what you required each day. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins from the centre during the day and night. Book these apartments and you won’t be disappointed

We just got in this building where we were really good. From the gate, you are at the entrance doors to the center of Sorrento, a really comfortable location. It has a pay-per-payment internal parking that is very useful . International breakfast is very rich and clean rooms, some traffic noise during the night but understandable view of the nearby areas of the city's greatest movement.

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

the location is outstanding, a block from the main road, less than 10 minutes from the train station. It’s more like an air B&B than a hotel. Located inside an apartment building, 5th floor. Communication with staff before check in is excellent via Whats app. They do want you to notify them of your arrival time since there is no check in desk or staff working 24/7. You are greeting by a staff member outside the building where you will receive a key to the building door as well as a room key. Breakfast is included between 830-10am which didn’t really help us since all our activities were by 8am. Forget sleeping in, there’s noise from the kitchen area starting at 7am. The building itself is old like most Italian buildings are, very loud and very thin windows. There are about 4-5 rooms within the same apartment. Unfortunately you have to remember to bring both sets of keys with you at all times otherwise you are out of luck and will require assistance to get back in the building. This happened to us on a day we were out of town and had to communicate with the staff to get our keys back. We were initially told we had to be back to our room by 9pm but they ended up leaving our keys at a bar which was better. The power went out on our first night and there www no way to get back into our rooms for hours and the elevator didn’t work for about 24hrs after. Overall an OK experience but if you are looking for 24/7 staff, hassle free assistance this isn’t the place for you. Also, I think they turn the AC off at night because we woke up sweating at night all 5 nights.
