Fabulous apartment, spotlessly clean, modern and fresh. Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows and extra Duvet if needed. Our Apartment had a Beautiful Balcony overlooking the square below which has cafes and restaurants below. Kitchen is modern, basic but functional although the hob was complicated with no manual! Toaster, Fridge, Microwave and kettle. Good quality hairdryer in the bathroom that actually had a switch instead of those silly buttons you have to keep your finger pressed on, fantastic shower with large complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of towels too! Location could not have been better, 5 mins walk to the prom and all the little side streets with so many restaurants. We got the bus from the airport and got off outside the Melia hotel on the seafront which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. You have to check in at the hotel round the corner and get the key code to your room off the reception staff first, very quick and easy!

Comfortable bed and clean room, but no views (only view of other buildings) from the rooms. Price is too high for what you get. Nothing special at all. Steps to enter the building are awful and should be replaced with a ramp or similar. The elevator for disabled people is highly inconvenient can only be used by a staff member who has to first unlock it with a key after coming down the steps and outside the building and the younger staff member had trouble getting it to work. The older lady at reception was helpful and spoke good English, though she seemed to think I was quite young and was advising me on what I should/shouldn´t be doing, but I am actually 49! That was quite amusing :) The younger lady at reception was also nice, but seemed to be rather new in the job and to be out of her depth and struggling with understanding and communicating in English. Reception is called by dialling 2000, which is unusual for a hotel (usually it would be dialling 9 or 0) and this is not marked on the phone itself. It would be useful to have this on a sticker on the phone itself in case of emergencies etc. Wifi information and other information is printed on a card given to you when you check in and the print is very small and difficult to read even with glasses on.

Stayed for 4 nights during Feb and booked the ”studio room”. Load of horse sh*t. May as well have asked a random person if I can stay in their flat. It's an annex built in the middle of tall buildings with no charm/vibe at all. Good look getting a view of the sky. The pictures look fine online, until your in the room and find marks all over the walls, holes and peeling plaster board. Cherry on the cake was having a window which overlooks a white wall. Their entire ”24hr reception” is also horse sh*t. They rely on emails to communicate and I was not sent anything before arriving. In these emails are your codes to the app and building. There is no physical reception its all done through an app you have to download, good luck if you don't have phone data/WIFI. Your put through to a call centre to enter the building and they call the shots. Probably because they're too scared to face people for their crap service so they send the one minion who works there who turns up when she wants and keeps you waiting all day on a holiday you've been looking forward too. So any requests you have wont be dealt with until pigs fly. A room was requested at no charge due to their complete lack of organisation, timeliness a failure to accommodate our needs and provide us with correct information which led to booked experiences to be cancelled. They were unwilling to do so we were forced to pay more. All in all a complete dumpster fire of a hotel with the worst management and organisation I've ever seen. Cancel your booking if you've made one. Don't give them your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

3-night city trip with friends in this pleasant city. Our choice of accommodation lived up to our expectations. The quality/price ratio is there! Located in a quiet area with very little traffic. The building is modern, tastefully decorated and quite refined. The reception and the hall set the tone as soon as you arrive. Open and professional staff. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The bedding is good and the cleaning was perfect. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing to complain about. We recommend without any hesitation. We had taken the meal plan for breakfast which is a little disappointing. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria on the corner. The place is good but the choice is limited as are the quantities. You can only choose one plate (scrambled eggs, salmon toast, avocado toast, sweet toast with Nutella/pear/walnuts, etc.) and we were left wanting more. The quantities clearly need to be reviewed. We do not recommend the breakfast formula for big eaters. There were 4 of us women and unanimously, we were still hungry after eating the plate. Pastries are extra. The geographical location is good for visiting the old town (20 minutes on foot) and the new town (13 minutes on foot). It is located near the large park (2 minutes on foot) in the middle of the city so you automatically pass by it whatever visits you make... This park is long and crosses a large part of the city, a real treat for lovers of cycling, walking, running, rollerblading, etc.

Was welcomed by Nathalia, she gave such a warm welcome, very helpful in telling us how to get round city, places to visit and how to get to the Mestalla for the football. If she was In reception when we were passing through she like rest of staff always made a point of greeting us. The hotel is in a great location for Ruzafa area, loads of bars/restaurants. Metro to get to Science Museum is on doorstep and it’s a 5 minute walk to old town . Room was comfortable with street view, could have done with a couple of wine glasses though. Reception is not 24 hrs but there’s a side door which you open with key card. If you go to beach you can rent towels/umbrella and also bikes at reasonable prices. We want to visit Valencia again and would stay here again. When we were leaving Nathalia was finishing her shift and made a point of coming to see us and wish us a safe journey home. The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person. The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home. The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good. Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good. I am happy to come back again next time

It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. Friends are also very suitable, two bedrooms and a living room, one of the bedrooms can be two single beds, there is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook immediately, there is a washing machine on a small balcony, two bathrooms, the whole apartment is very new , Clean, quiet, and feel very good at home. If you have plenty of time, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk into the city center. The hotel does not provide any food, but there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is basically the guests themselves Management, the staff go to work from 10 am to 6 pm, the hotel door enters and exits with the password button to open the door, tell the staff what time to leave the store before checking out, only need to put the key in the room when leaving the store, pay attention to any garbage Put in the trash

Everything was fine. The only thing that needs improvement is that I had to call to check in, I didn't receive a clear email with instructions on how to do it. Although other people staying at the facility didn't have that problem.

A very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.

It is an apartment hotel that is one year old, so really new. The room is spacious and was very clean and well cleaned. The kitchenette is very well equipped with fridge, hot plates, kettle, toaster, etc. The location is top: Close to the central market and right in the middle of the historic center with restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is accessible by metro from the airport. 2 metro lines serve the Xàtiva station directly. Super practical. I recommend this address!

Upon arrival Parker Urban Flats was very accommodating. The front desk guy was probably one of the nicest and most helpful since atevojng in Spain. Highly recommend. Very clean, bed was comfy and the ac worked great. Highly impressed for the money. Will tell my friends about this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you

Everything was fine. The only thing that needs improvement is that I had to call to check in, I didn't receive a clear email with instructions on how to do it. Although other people staying at the facility didn't have that problem.

A very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.
