This apartment building is on the side of the road, the location is very convenient, there is a big eye supermarket when you go out, a few hundred meters walk from the subway station, and you can take three or four stops to the Acropolis and Constitution Square.
The apartment is very new, the room is not big, but the sparrow is small and complete, very practical and exquisite, the bath water is great, there is an induction cooker and range hood, you can make simple meals. The Wi-Fi in the room was very powerful and fast. Give us the room on the second floor, no street, very quiet.
There is a waiter in the door, and a lot of messages must be filled in on the mobile phone for the first time. There is an elevator. The password for the apartment door is not on the order, you need to download the APP or contact the hotel to get it.

A minimalist yet artistic hotel-style apartment. Check-in is in the evening with no staff on duty; access is via password. The facilities are new and modern, and the bedding is of good quality.
The location is fantastic, just four minutes from Syntagma Square. Ideal for those who use public transportation like buses and the metro. The Acropolis and other attractions are within a ten-minute walk, and the city center is just minutes away. The only downside is the lack of a view from the room.
Email communication was meticulous, with quick replies.
The most considerate feature is the free luggage storage, unlimited time, and the large locker easily accommodates a 28-inch suitcase. The self-service management is very convenient.
Overall, the room rate feels a bit high.
Close to airport. Host is kind for us to store the luggage when we fly to Santorini. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Very well equipped. Host is responsive and helpful. The best stay in Athens.

I traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

The hotel is quite far from the center, so you’ll need to rely on public transportation regularly. There’s a bus station on the street that takes you to the nearest metro stop and into the city, but buses only run every 20–30 minutes.
As for the room itself – when I booked the basic room, there were 36 photos that made me think the room would be larger. Maybe that was my mistake (or maybe intentional marketing?), but either way it felt misleading. The room was very clean, but the bathroom soap was the bright pink mall-style kind, and in the shower there was a bottle of clear liquid that honestly looked like bleach. I really hope that wasn’t meant to be shower gel.
The room had no window, only a large door to the balcony, which makes it tricky if you want fresh air at night. The AC froze the small space (and I normally love sleeping with AC), but there was no blanket, only a very thin sheet. So the choice was either freezing or no air.
There was no desk or chair in the room – if you want to sit, the only option is the bed.
There was a washing machine, but no detergent tabs provided. I actually bought a box of 40 at the supermarket and left them there, but I have a feeling they didn’t stay for the next guest.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

With a stay at Kolokotroni Lofts Syntagma, you'll be centrally located in Athens, just a 4-minute walk from Ermou Street and 6 minutes by foot from Syntagma Square. This hotel is 0.5 mi (0.9 km) from Acropolis and 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Monastiraki Flea Market.
Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).

Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms feature showers with rainfall showerheads and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks and complimentary bottled water.
Very near to the Monastiraki train station surrounded by shops and restaurants. We walked to all the attractions we wanna see, there are always things to see along the way, so didn’t feel too bad. There is a nice outdoor terrace inside the bedroom itself, although without view, is quite nice to have breakfast and chill out in the morning before we start our day. There is also lift in the premise so don’t have to worry about climbing up with luggage.
The landlord here is very good and will care about whether there are missing and insufficient items! It is also very convenient for check-in and check-out. The bathroom is a bit small and shared, but there is a shared kitchen living room and balcony to use. At this price, the overall CP value is high, which is a good choice for solo travel. The whole community is quiet, some distance from the city center, but it is very close to the station, so it is highly recommended if you want to walk around in a hurry!

GGuest UserVery clean apartment with wonderful views, bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities in the room and a tv. The breakfast was varied and filling with excellent service. The staff were friendly and very helpful with a taxi service which was superb. We would definitely return for a lovely, quiet relaxing stay. It is a little’out of the way’ but definitely worth the stay .
GGuest UserA secret gem in the heart of the shopping centre! The location is perfect, and they offer all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel. The room was beautiful, just like the photos, and clean. While the reception area is small and the receptionist was a bit hard to find, getting into the room was easy. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis is genuinely one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. The location is excellent—close to all major sights, so there is no need for public transport. The room is spotless, well organised, and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, the host is exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed support. Outstanding value for money, and I recommend it without hesitation.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was nice and affordable. The room service and cleanliness were spot on. The downside was the location and the possible access of outsiders. We heard violent knocking and twisting of our doorknob at our hotel door, and we believe it was an immigrant from the streets trying to rob us. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to you unless you need an affordable place and can deal with the poor location. I do not wish to offend any of the hotel staff, as they were very kind.
AAnonymous UserA lovely small boutique hotel in Athens.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the price. It felt great value for money.
One big plus is that parking is available, which is not always easy to find in Athens. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city while still feeling calm and comfortable.
Overall, a cozy and pleasant stay with everything I needed. I would definitely consider staying here again.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed by Babis at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, informative and attentive - his outstanding service truly made us feel at home. Babis provided us with authentic restaurants which exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is also a big plus - quiet and yet close to the city center, supermarkets, attractions, and public transportation.
FFatih YüksekkayaIt was a pleasure to stay here. The room, bathroom/toilet, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, and location were all perfect. Angelo and his staff were very friendly, and there was a family-like atmosphere. There wasn't a single negative aspect. We especially enjoyed the breakfast; it has its own unique flavor. My wife and I were very pleased with everything. I'm so glad we crossed paths with Angelo and The Frogs.
GGuest UserHotel Miranda was a fabulous spot to explore Hydra for 36 hours, we would have stayed longer if we could! Yanna and her team went over and above to make our experience amazing! They very kindly allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we awaited the evening ferry. Breakfast fabulous and the rooms very authentic to the grand mansion - the hotel has been in the same family for over 65 years!
HHilla_OsI LOVED this hotel so much! I took the room with balcony overlooking the acropolis and it was the highlight of my day to sit at evening in the balcony and just stare at it.
The location is perfect! In Plaka, close to everything but still quiet (at lease in December). The staff is great and the cleaning is really well done.
I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return to it soon!
