Stayed here before and usually book a deluxe room cuz it’s slightly more updated than the other rooms. Howvever this past week with temperatures over 100 degrees and heat advisory I was given a room with AC unit that didn’t work propoerly and the window  the AC unit was anchored to had the top window slightly opened. And because  the entire window and its frame and where the window met the wall was painted over the window couldn’t be moved to close it was essentially stuck open.  So what little cool air the AC unit did make had no affect due to cool air escalating out the open window that couldn’t be shut. Plus why not clean the ac filter To make them work properly?

A better hostel than expected. No elevator, but quite a lot of rooms, clean. Air conditioning is a bit noisy. The lobby is spacious, and they provide a welcome drink coupon. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Lockers are used half under the bunk beds. You need to bring a locker in advance. There is a kitchen. The fridge is a bit small. Rooftop access is available, but you have to cross the bridge, so transportation is limited, but you can go to the city by subway.

I made a reservation for a men's room, but there was a woman in the room I was given. Please note that there are only USB ports for charging. Breakfast is not free, and starts at $7. The room seems to be well-cleaned. There are lockers for valuables, but you need to bring your own padlock. Please note that the key number is sent to your Gmail. Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Halloween heaven! Loved this place! So easy to navigate from the airport on the metro. Easy check in and nice dorm rooms. Downstairs kitchen and social area was enormous, lacked a bit of atmosphere but that’s the post covid population I guess?! Lots of local food markets/ grocers to pick up things for dinner or a packed lunch. Hudson food market was my saviour. Lively deli items, pantry items, liquor and a fantastic coffee in the morning when I was heading out for a full day!

GGuest UserI thought it was a really relaxing place. Since June 5th, I have stayed several times in a row. I stayed for almost a month, but it is very convenient because there are restaurants, a market, and a convenience store nearby. Good location. After all, it's safe and secure, and it feels like a little sure house with a round on each floor. I want to use it again. The staff were all very kind. The front door is also safe with a security door. I was relieved with a security door that could not be easily invaded from the outside.

CccntThe location was excellent, close to Central Park and the subway station! This time I only stayed one night, so I only stayed to sleep, so I chose this hostel for the first time. I was a bit worried about the smell outside the room, but I was very grateful that the other person in the double room was Japanese!!

RRolandJosh was a very friendly host. Checkin/Checkout was a breeze. As was the swimming pool. Large (for a motel), perfect for a proper swim and relaxation after a long drive. The room was decent. Yes, it's old school, and the bed is on the very soft side (if you prefer more firm beds, you might not like it), but it was clean, and all worked as it should. The shower head is fantastic. If you like a perfect water pressure, you'll love to refresh here. There is a petrol station nearby, as well as a local diner. For more than that, you'll have to drive to one of the nearby villages (5-10min drive) tl;dr: All great, would stay again. Bed mattress is very soft.

GGuest UserThis hotel appears to have recently refurbished its rooms. Everything in the room and bathroom was new looking and clean. We had a king bed, which was nice but did not give much room on the sides, but it was adequate. The breakfast was very simple: 2 dry cereal choices, some package oatmeal, breads and small muffins, 2 juices, milk. Unfortunately the 'dining area' is in the reception area and only has 3 tables, despite many more rooms. It would have been nice to have a picnic bench or two outside for people to sit and chat or have breakfast. But the price was right and the rooms good. Surrounding hotels were trying to charge $300 and above.

GGuest UserThis motel was a bit more than expected, the room was very spacious, but there was a chair missing and we had to stand and eat. The front desk service was very good, when we said that we wanted to stay for one night, we were told that the room was full. Simple breakfast provided but had to bring back to the room to eat as there were no tables and chairs for dining. Overall quite satisfactory.
