首先感謝老闆。對於我們後續的換房需求特別耐心支持，帶着長者看房，後來換了個長者滿意的房子。麻將機卡牌也很快來修理。對於我們的問題和需求都很熱心的有回覆。特別滿意。 但是作為房子本身，提點意見。2號樓確實比較老舊，房間整體還算可以。但是衞生間確實太舊了。洗手池下水不暢，反味。袋裝的洗髮露我真的多少年沒見過了。。還有拖鞋，看着真是一言難盡。漱口杯子上還掛着牙膏痕跡。我們都自己買的一次性紙杯用的。燒水壺的線短的懷疑人生，根本沒法放在桌上，夠不到牆上的插線板。一共兩間卧室，一間的門沒有把手，另一件關門費死勁明顯特別澀。陽台的晾衣架歪歪斜斜，幾個衣架子也是那種特別簡陋的鐵藝架子。垃圾桶的替換袋子沒有。 綜上所述，希望老闆能多多改進，對的起你這麼好的服務，也對得起這麼棒的海景，更對得起一晚上將近一千的房費。很多細節，稍微用心，感受就會大不相同。 最後還是感謝老闆的熱情周到服務！

The room was very nice and cozy. I slept soundly. The toilet was also very clean. In short, it is one of the top three serviced apartments I have stayed in. Moreover, I forgot to take my iPad. The payroll staff found it when they were cleaning the room and sent me a message. I have to give ten thumbs up for this.

Victoria Mension was at very good location , from our room we can see the dalian city view , oriental Venice water city in dalian and the ocean view.. and is near to various tourist spots.. the room is very spacious and clean with floor to ceiling window which gives a picturist view of the surrounding... in addition, it lets in plenty of natural light during the day and the view is so calming .. the staff at the hotel are really helpfull and kind.. especially Mrs. Maggie was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived at the hotel... and her afforts made our trip to dalian even more magical... will recommend this hotel for others to stay.. and will be looking forward to return once again..
