Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GODBLES

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was our second time here. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also appreciated the excellent amenities. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was very dirty. Poor cleaning. Wifi not working Please don't use the restroom. Its so disgusting. I don't know how long it hasn't been cleaned.

The location and the fact that it was neart to restaurants. 5mins drive to airport or 10-15min walk. Very convenient and the place is clean too. Did not expect to find this hidden gem. (Leaving this review on behalf of my sister)

I stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

It was difficult to find the assigned building because there were too many clusters/buildings managed by the host’s agents. The staff had to direct me back and forth between different buildings, which was especially tiring while carrying large luggage. I also encountered one agent who, although she was not the person who accommodated me, displayed very poor manners and professionalism. She was wearing a yellow shirt and had a large tattoo on her left leg. She was speaking very loudly to other people at the reception as if she owned the entire building. She also put her dirty feet on the center table and chairs while I was sitting there, which I found very disrespectful and inappropriate. I strongly suggest providing your agents with proper customer service training and reminding them about professionalism, good manners, and proper etiquette. The overall experience would have been much better if the staff had been more organized, respectful, and professional.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. Super nag enjoy kaming mag asaw sa 3 days 2 nights staycation. Sure na magstaycation uli kami dito!! Affordable pa!! Ang bait ng agent, staff , guard, information staff, as in super enjoy kami!

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired.
