The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

It was totally nice hostel for me. Rest room in the each room was incredible. Host were very kind and easy-going people. Location was very center of the Shenyang representative street. Nearby, there were many restaurants and supermarket. it also connected to imperial palace where I’ve been many times back and forth in short period. So, location was perfect for me. You can find this hostel when you find the huge rocked door. As well as, it was clean and bright. When you close the window you can hear nothing about outside sound noise, but also when you open the window you can feel the fresh wind. This hostel offer breakfast amazingly. Thus, everything was nice and good, perfect. I can’t wait to visit here again for the next time.

The inn is very close to Dalian High-speed Railway and easy to find. It is next to the Yalu River and the first line of sightseeing. The boss is very enthusiastic and speaks freely. The room is comfortable, and the Broken Bridge and the cruise ship terminal are just down. The fly restaurant recommended by the boss is really good, with good taste and high cost performance. I have been traveling since I watched the football in Dalian until the National Day holiday. So the review is late, but I have to give it a full score. It is close to the morning market, and I also bought crabs and mantis shrimps to cook at the inn. I look forward to having the opportunity to stay here again and enjoy the autumn and snow. Thanks again to the boss. I also wish the inn a prosperous business.

I have been to a lot of hotels, AirBnBs and homestay in China but none have had the fineness, hospitality, cleanliness or comfort of Dalian Jinshi Designer Homestay. The staff is more than friendly, accommodating and enthusiastically friendly. As a foreigner who has been living in China for almost 6 years now it’s refreshing to find an accommodation that offers you services beyond your expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and expects a great and comfortable vacation. If I’m ever in Dalian again, be it with or without friends, I’ll definitely stay at the same place. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly hospitality. 10 stars and beyond to this place!!

I've been here before, and I knew this one would be a nice place to stay a night and then to catch the morning train in the railway station. Since I have to go to the ticket office in the early morning, this place provides me the best location to there. Overall the room is good maintained, and it's easy to check in. The landlord is nice, and she will help you to check in even it's really late time. I need to mention this place is also in the center of a business district, and thus it's really easy to get all kinds of food and all etc. for entertainment. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a one night stay only, and not something luxury.

Overall nice, near the subway exit and shenyang north station. 4 subway stations to American consulate. washroom was smelly, microwave was super dirty. But overall stay was nice. Only one halal restaurant nearby, no big supermarket, hard to buy fruits and vegetables. Food wasn't great. No people in the streets..
