The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The location is excellent, very close to the Yalu River Broken Bridge (so we went twice, morning and evening). The owner and his wife are both very welcoming. They offer discounted boat tours, but we didn't join as we had planned to hire a car.

Facilities: It's a guesthouse on one floor of an old building in an alley that's been renovated. The bathroom facilities are quite old. Hygiene: The hygiene was so-so. One of the toothbrushes was already open, and they didn't offer daily cleaning. Environment: The location on the map seemed close to the train station, but it actually took over ten minutes to walk there. It was also a bit of a trek to Qingniwa, and we couldn't get a taxi. I'm not sure if it's because Dalian is quiet at night, but the area around the hotel felt like a deserted suburb. There wasn't even a fruit store; after walking for ten minutes, we only found two unknown convenience stores. I was surprised by how desolate the area around the train station was. Service: I went to the front desk three times in total, and twice there was no one there. There was no turndown service at all. Besides a welcome fruit platter on the first day, there were no other extra amenities. I'm giving it a four-star rating not because it's worth it, but purely as a sympathy score given the challenges of the service industry. I recommend everyone stay in a proper hotel instead.

Check out the way, the sea view room has a very good view, the community is very large and the supporting facilities are very complete, there are many small supermarkets and small restaurants downstairs, the total height is 34, this is the 20th floor, the car in the community is not very good to park, the car skills are not good, don't drive into the community! The park is huge with tons of activities; the kids went on the go-karts many times, and we even rode the Sunset Coaster together. It's also very close to Xinghai Square, which is a great spot to photograph the cross-sea bridge and feed the seagulls. 🍔🍻Dining & Seafood: The hotel breakfast was surprisingly varied and delicious. We missed it the first day because we woke up late, but on the second day, my husband brought it back to the room for us to eat (photos will be attached below). It's also easy to find good food nearby, as it's very close to Xiding and Where Where. 🌊🏝️Beautiful Scenery: From the room, you get an unobstructed view of the cross-sea bridge. The 6th-floor terrace also offers stunning views, perfect for photos of the bridge, along with some beautiful flowers and plants. Finally, a word about the service: the staff were very friendly and attentive, helping with luggage and more. We truly felt at home.

A good hotel is key to a successful trip! This hotel is very close to Xinghai Square, and across the bridge is an amusement park. The paths are flat, perfect for strollers or 'baby walkers' (though the area right outside the hotel entrance has cobblestones, which can be a bit bumpy for strollers). The room environment is excellent. We are a family of five – four adults and one child – and stayed in the 'Star Blue' room, which was perfectly spacious. It had a 1.8m bed downstairs plus a tatami mat upstairs, and even a single sofa that could be used for sleeping. The space felt generous. There's also a private little courtyard where you can hang kids' clothes to dry (as long as it's not raining). The hotel has a laundry room with a dryer, so no more bringing dirty clothes home!

On a cold freezing night when my previous apartment cancelled abruptly for some weird reason, I got into this hotel at a last minute decision. The owner herself greeted me. Her English name is Nancy and she's quite friendly and welcoming. On the first impression, the room is basically an apartment and not a typical hotel. For all foreigners, to put it simply, it's like an Airbnb concept. It wasn't clean initially but being the first night, I let it go. The wifi isn't good and the shower was inconsistently changing from hot to Cold by itself. However, next day, thanks to trip.com and the owner, we solved most of the problems. Once again, for foreigners, be prepared to have a bad day with the internet. Use your mobile data instead. The shower was great when fixed. The hotel cleaned up the room. Overall, if it's for a day or two, I recommend this place be it solo or with your partner/travel mate. The location is also convenient and close to Shenyang north station. 😁 I do hope to make a reservation again.
