O hotel tem uma excelente relação qualidade preço. O staff é muito atencioso e o pequeno almoço é bastante bom. Voltarei certamente, numa próxima viagem a Brasília.

Whenever I go to Brazil I stay in this hotel nearby the place I do after graduation and for the comfort of the hotel. The rooms are great, breakfast is amazing and varied.

Service was very good, staff were very helpful and polite. The facilities are great, living up to 5 stars. Very good hotel to stay as a couple or family

Very good value for money. It's a bit far from downtown, but it's good to have shopping malls and large supermarkets nearby. Clean, spacious and tidy.

Median. When arrived at the hotel and check-in, the attendant tried to charge me an extra fee of more or less R$ 18.00 for check-in, saying it was a fee not charged by Decolar, however I informed that the reservation was not made by Decolar, but by Trip. I refused to pay and said I contracted the package with all the services paid by TRIP. When I came in the room I felt a strong smell like wet dog, probably by the carpet that might be old. For those who have an allergic crisis, it's better to go away. The pool was dirty and was feeling of a loose location without care, even I commented on it in a loud voice in the lift and another guest agreed.

Very well located hotel, close to the Brasilia shopping mall, but it is not a 5-star hotel as stated on the day of booking. I think it is more of a 3-star hotel.

The staff were very friendly and competent. Excellent breakfast. The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant. A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating. The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good. I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília. Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.

There is no kettle, I asked the front desk to ask for it, and the answer was: I gave it to you and the others were gone. The room facilities are old, the gym only has three treadmills and few other equipment.

I chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.
