Bardzo ładny, czysty i nowoczesny apartament, wszystko w porządku, mieliśmy lekki problem z klimą bo nie dało się przełączyć ale najprawdopodobniej jest ustawiana automatycznie, być może trzeba to konsultować z właścicielem. Dodatkowo jest wszystko co potrzebne czyli żel do mycia, ręczniki, pralka, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka i nawet materac na dodatkową sofę

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of both downtown and uptown. The nearby University of the Arts is worth a visit.

Only stayed one night in Milan, booked an apartment. It was much better than I expected – huge and spacious, with a living room and sofa, plus an induction hob if you want to cook. The bathtub was also very big. They give you a key, just remember to double-lock the door when you come in. The guy at the front desk downstairs was very nice. You can get still and sparkling water, which is a great bonus.

Поехали самостоятельно в Милан и именно в Милане испортился наш отпуск в этих апартаментах. Читайте внимательно - берут залог 100 евро. Но то, что только картой нигде не написано. Наличкой брать не хотели. Ночью и после 8 вечера никого нет. Еле как взяли залог наличкой, тут новая проблема - нам выезжать ночью в аэропорт, залог никто не вернет ночью, тк открывается ресепшн только в три. Что ж, оставили все нервы и решили, что бог с ними, оставим им эти 100 евро. Потом по итогу через знакомых забрали свою наличку, но нервы и 5 часов заселения испортили все впечатление. А самое неприятно было тогда, когда при всех выяснениях девушка с ресепшена начала звонить директору. У мужа был включен аудиопереводчик. Директор говорил «не будем иметь дело с этими русскими», «тебе точно не нужна помощь, ты уверена, что это не русские шпионы»)) пипец.. потом ходили и думали, что к русским действительно так относятся, очень обидно. Конечно он в наших просьбах отказал - мы предлагали уже миллион выходов из ситуации.
В общем, имейте обязательно карту, иначе вас не заселят.
Расположение очень удачное, брали тк прямо оттуда идут автобусы в аэропорт. 10 тыс за ночь нормально или нет? Наверно да, если больше нет альтернатив.
Девушка на ресепшне неприятная)) улыбается, но видно, как ее все бесят)))

The hotel is good, the price is expensive, but the location is good, the room is large and the facilities are good. The triple room is directly a suite with a large area. The only bad thing is that the extra bed is a shelf bed (the common problem is the depression in the middle of the bed, sometimes the feet are higher than the head, and the bedside is lame), brother is similar to the hotel in Rome, not as good as in Siena and Venice, the extra bed is normal thick mattress.
There is a point to say, when we booked, we clearly chose a triple room, a big bed plus a single bed, but when we checked in at the hotel, the store said that the extra bed would be charged extra. Then we contacted Trip.com customer service, less than half an hour to solve, the store received a 20-euro city tax, at that time said that it may also charge 60 euros for extra beds, but try to give us free. Later, communicate with Trip.com customer service. If the store receives 60 euros, Trip.com will return the same amount of cash to us. The next day, the merchant still received 60 euros. We returned to China after 3 days and contacted Trip.com customer service. On the same day, we called the equivalent RMB to the designated payment treasure account. Trip.com is still reliable! This is very satisfactory.

It is indeed very close to the city center and convenient for going out. The hotel staff is very friendly and luggage can be stored for free. Although the hot water supply for showers is not long. In summary, I still recommend everyone to stay here 👍🏻

TTerence’sHotel is in a great location. However the room looked dated, and you could tell the fittings were somewhat lower in quality. Our room wasn’t very clean as there were quite a few ants on the floor since the first day of stay. It’s also a bit noisy, and you could hear footsteps and noise whenever there were people passing by the corridor.

MMoochuTo get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villa’s door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I don’t understand why they didn’t make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villa’s owner why we stood there in front of their property.
The room is quiet good actually.

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

It takes just over ten minutes by subway to reach major attractions, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper is even within walking distance. The room is very clean and well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, microwave, and more. However, I found it odd that no quilt cover was provided—instead, two sheets were used to wrap the quilt. The quilt had a noticeable smoky odor, which made the lack of a proper cover even more puzzling. I asked the staff twice for a quilt cover, but they flatly refused.

繁繁忙旅行者We stayed here for two nights. Location is near some bus stops and tram stations, but beyond walking distance to subway stations (unless you do not have luggage).
Along the street it is not obvious to recognize the entrance, as it is just a regular apartment. Thr instruction sheet could include some photos for easier access. Key collection can be done at central train station, covenient. service office is not that far, but you need to call in advance to know the location.
when we got there, the room was not cleaned! we contacted the office and waited a few hours until someone came to clean it. the company refunded the cleaning fee as compensate. the rooms are spacious for a family.
overall it could be a good choice for a longer stay (weeks). for a short stay like we had, a hotel is easier.

IIuliia-myloveWe (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended).
The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet.
A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

AAnatolii BarI really liked the hotel, the room is big, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The room is clean. I liked the internal park, it was quiet and suggestive. Getting to the hotel is not difficult, transport is regular. The chip card did not work several times, but the problem was solved quickly at check-in. The hotel staff is attentive and responsive, thank you. I enjoyed the stay, next time I come to Milan I want to stay in this hotel again. Thank you

This time the flight flew to Linate, which is very close to the Argonne Park. If you fly to Malpensa as planned, it may be a bit far. I feel that the Argonne Park is a very suitable area for tourists. There are subways and trams. The hotel is also very good and feels safe. It is recommended for economic accommodation

AAnonymous UserVery friendly and effective staff, excellent use of technology for site and room access. Great location in the centre of Milan, quiet side street so mostly quiet in the evening. Modern fit out very clean and tidy and extremely spacious. Apartment had a kitchen with cutlery, glasses, plates, stove, microwave and fridge, great for traveling with kids. Close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. WIFI was fast and consistent.
Only negatives for us were not great water pressure in the shower and no dishwashing soap in the kitchen.
